【摘要】:隨著國家電網(wǎng)公司信息化“SG186”工程建設(shè)完成,一個縱向貫通所有三級單位,橫向覆蓋所有生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營領(lǐng)域的一體化企業(yè)級信息化集成平臺出具雛形。海量的數(shù)據(jù)每時每刻在這個平臺上不斷流動,數(shù)據(jù)量達(dá)到PB、EB或ZB的級別,電力企業(yè)信息化已經(jīng)邁入了“大數(shù)據(jù)”時代。由于在信息化實(shí)施過程中,信息系統(tǒng)快速響應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)需求的要求和統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)模型研究相對滯后的原因,不同的信息系統(tǒng)之間做不到無縫的數(shù)據(jù)共享,系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)交互主要通過開發(fā)接口來實(shí)現(xiàn),給深入挖掘信息所包含的企業(yè)決策支持信息帶來了困難。而隨著企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動對于信息系統(tǒng)的依賴性越來越大,信息化與工業(yè)化正在不斷的深入融合,企業(yè)需要信息化給經(jīng)營決策提供及時、準(zhǔn)確、足夠的支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),這是信息化的目標(biāo),也是信息化存在和發(fā)展的意義所在。 為解決此類問題,國際電工委員會(IEC)提出了IEC61970/IEC61968等一系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn),公共信息模型(CIM)和組件接口規(guī)范(CIS)是其核心內(nèi)容。其中,CIM統(tǒng)一了電力系統(tǒng)模型,CIS定義了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口規(guī)范,是實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用間“無縫連接”和“即插即用”的基礎(chǔ)。 本文討論了在國網(wǎng)公司已有數(shù)據(jù)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,基于IEC61970/IEC61968中CIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展數(shù)據(jù)模型,擴(kuò)展數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)范圍內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)的唯一性與共享性。同時研究隨著智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)和“三集五大”體系建設(shè)過程,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)構(gòu)扁平化以后,網(wǎng)省公司如何實(shí)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)化運(yùn)作、集約化發(fā)展、精益化管理和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),做到設(shè)備全壽命、資產(chǎn)全過程、項(xiàng)目全周期的管理。
[Abstract]:With the completion of the "SG186" project of State Grid Corporation, an integrated enterprise-level information integration platform covering all fields of production and management has been developed.Huge amounts of data flow on this platform every moment, and the amount of data reaches the level of PBEB or ZB. The information technology of electric power enterprises has entered the era of "big data".In the process of information implementation, information systems can not share data seamlessly among different information systems because of the rapid response of information systems to business requirements and the lag of unified data model research.The data interaction between the systems is mainly realized through the development interface, which makes it difficult to mine the enterprise decision support information contained in the information.With the increasing dependence of enterprise production and management activities on information systems, informatization and industrialization are continuously integrated. Enterprises need informatization to provide timely, accurate and sufficient supporting data for business decisions.This is the goal of information technology, but also the significance of the existence and development of information technology.In order to solve this kind of problems, IEC has put forward a series of standards, such as IEC61970/IEC61968 and Common Information Model (CIMM) and component Interface Specification (CICS).CIM unifies the power system model and CIS defines the standard interface specification, which is the basis of "seamless connection" and "plug and play" between business applications.Based on the existing data model of the national network company and the CIM standard in IEC61970/IEC61968, this paper discusses the further expansion of the data model and the extension of the data standard specification, so as to realize the uniqueness and sharing of the data in the enterprise.At the same time, with the construction of smart grid and the construction process of "three sets and five" system, how to realize the group operation, intensive development, lean management and standardization construction of the network company after realizing the flattening of the organization, so as to achieve the whole life of the equipment,The whole process of assets, the management of the whole project cycle.
