三相組合式有串聯(lián)間隙金屬氧化物避雷器及其試驗(yàn)方法淺析

【摘要】:簡述了行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T 10609-2006《交流三相組合式有串聯(lián)間隙金屬氧化物避雷器》應(yīng)修訂的各種原因。從避雷器的持續(xù)運(yùn)行電壓、避雷器的額定電壓、避雷器的工頻放電電壓、避雷器的保護(hù)水平、避雷器動(dòng)作負(fù)載試驗(yàn)、避雷器工頻電壓耐受時(shí)間特性試驗(yàn)、避雷器局部放電試驗(yàn)等幾方面,論述了修訂后的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和JB/T 10609-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主要技術(shù)差異,并分析了典型避雷器的持續(xù)運(yùn)行電壓參數(shù)及20 k V系統(tǒng)電站用典型避雷器的電氣性能參數(shù)選取時(shí)的考慮因數(shù),同時(shí),在修訂的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中提出了該參數(shù)的建議值。為便于修訂和執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合相關(guān)資料,介紹了避雷器相-相間的工頻放電電壓試驗(yàn)方法和沖擊放電電壓試驗(yàn)方法。
[Abstract]:The reasons why the industry standard JB/T 10609-2006 "alternating current three-phase combined metal oxide arrester with series gap" should be revised are briefly described.From the continuous operation voltage of the arrester, the rated voltage of the arrester, the power frequency discharge voltage of the arrester, the protection level of the arrester, the load test of the arrester action, the test of the voltage tolerance time characteristic of the arrester's power frequency,The main technical differences between the revised standard and JB/T 10609-2006 standard are discussed.The continuous operation voltage parameter of typical arrester and the factor of considering the selection of electrical performance parameters of typical arrester for power station in 20kV system are analyzed. At the same time, the suggested value of this parameter is put forward in the revised standard.In order to revise and implement the standard, the test methods of power frequency discharge voltage and impulse discharge voltage between phases of arrester are introduced.
