【摘要】：隨著智能電網(wǎng)技術(shù)的日臻成熟以及用戶對供電可靠性要求的不斷提高,GIS以其安全性、可靠性和維護(hù)周期長的優(yōu)點在電力系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。GIS在運行中的故障主要以絕緣故障為主,而對絕緣故障的檢測主要是以檢測局部放電為主。特高頻法通過檢測局部放電激發(fā)的特高頻段(1500MHz～3000MHz)信號,具有很好抗干擾性,是檢測GIS局部放電比較理想的方法。為了研究在線監(jiān)測的特高頻傳感器的合理布局方案,本文對電磁波信號在GIS內(nèi)的傳播和衰減特性進(jìn)行了研究。 為了研究電磁波信號的傳播特性,本文使用XFDTD仿真軟件對GIS模型進(jìn)行了分析研究。首先使用CREO2.0搭建GIS實體模型,并將其導(dǎo)入XFDTD.跟傳統(tǒng)仿真采用高斯脈沖比較,本文采用了實測的典型缺陷放電脈沖作為激勵源導(dǎo)入軟件。將五種典型缺陷放電脈沖和高斯脈沖信號作為激勵源研究其在GIS內(nèi)傳播的差異。由于其放電可靠性和接近理想脈沖,本文采用高壓導(dǎo)體上的尖端放電脈沖作為激勵源研究電磁波信號經(jīng)過直腔體、絕緣子、L型分支和T型分支的衰減情況。同時研究了不同內(nèi)徑的外殼和內(nèi)導(dǎo)桿以及不同長度的腔體對電磁波傳播特性的影響。 為了使研究更具準(zhǔn)確性,本文設(shè)計了電暈缺陷和懸浮電位缺陷兩種典型缺陷模型,將其放入到北京電科院電纜屏蔽實驗室的專用GIS模擬腔體中,逐步加壓使其放電。使用英國DMS超高頻檢測儀檢測,觀察三維PRPD圖觀測到發(fā)生了局部放電。使用系統(tǒng)自帶的三只內(nèi)置式特高頻傳感器檢測局部放電產(chǎn)生的電磁波,并用示波器進(jìn)行分析和處理。然后對GIS模擬腔體進(jìn)行了仿真計算,將仿真結(jié)果跟試驗結(jié)果對比分析,進(jìn)一步驗證結(jié)論的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the maturity of smart grid technology and the continuous improvement of users' demand for power supply reliability, GIS has its security. The advantages of reliability and long maintenance period are more and more widely used in power system. The fault of GIS in operation is mainly insulation fault. The detection of insulation faults is mainly to detect partial discharge. UHF method has good anti-jamming ability by detecting the ultra-high frequency (1500 MHz ~ 3000MHz) signal excited by partial discharge. It is an ideal method to detect partial discharge in GIS. In order to study the reasonable layout of UHF sensor for on-line monitoring, the propagation and attenuation characteristics of electromagnetic wave signal in GIS are studied in this paper. In order to study the propagation characteristics of electromagnetic wave signal, the GIS model is analyzed and studied by using XFDTD simulation software. Firstly, the GIS solid model is built with CREO2.0 and imported into XFDT D.It is compared with Gao Si pulse in traditional simulation. In this paper, five typical defect discharge pulses and Gao Si pulse signals are used as excitation sources to study the difference between the five typical defect discharge pulses and Gao Si pulse signals in GIS. Because of their discharge reliability and close to ideal pulse, the paper uses the measured typical defect discharge pulse as the excitation source. In this paper, the tip discharge pulse on a high voltage conductor is used as an exciting source to study the electromagnetic wave signal passing through a straight cavity. The attenuation of the L-type and T-type branches of insulator is studied. The influence of the outer shell and the inner guide rod with different inner diameters and the cavity of different length on the propagation characteristics of electromagnetic wave is also studied. In order to make the research more accurate, this paper designs two typical defect models: corona defect and suspension potential defect, and puts them into the special GIS analog cavity of Cable shielding Laboratory of Beijing Electric Institute. Using the DMS UHF detector in the UK to detect and observe the partial discharge (PD) in three dimensional PRPD diagrams. Three built-in UHF sensors with the system are used to detect the electromagnetic waves generated by partial discharge. The simulation results of the GIS cavity are compared with the experimental results, and the correctness of the conclusions is further verified.
