智能配電網(wǎng)集成量測體系研究

【摘要】:隨著智能電網(wǎng)理論研究及實(shí)踐的深入,智能配電網(wǎng)作為智能電網(wǎng)中雙向電力流和雙向信息流集中體現(xiàn)的環(huán)節(jié),對智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展有著不可忽視的作用。隨著分布式電源的逐步推廣和應(yīng)用,未來智能配電網(wǎng)將成為分布式電源接入電網(wǎng)的主要接口。同時,為了保證智能配電網(wǎng)的可觀測性,大量的智能電子設(shè)備將引入智能配電網(wǎng)。智能配電網(wǎng)的這些新的變化將會給配電網(wǎng)帶來大量的量測信息,如何建設(shè)符合智能電網(wǎng)和智能配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展需求的集成信息系統(tǒng),對智能配電網(wǎng)安全、穩(wěn)定、優(yōu)化運(yùn)行具有十分重要的意義。 目前對智能配電網(wǎng)信息集成的研究主要可分為對涵蓋了智能配電網(wǎng)的整個智能電網(wǎng)的信息系統(tǒng)的總綱性研究和對配電網(wǎng)中部分環(huán)節(jié)或部分高級應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)之間的信息集成共享研究。前者著眼于整個智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展趨勢,沒能對智能配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行細(xì)致地分析;而后者僅局限于配電網(wǎng)中的部分量測信息,不能滿足整個智能配電網(wǎng)的量測信息集成要求。 本論文綜合這兩種研究思路,基于智能電網(wǎng)概念模型理論,研究智能配電網(wǎng)集成量測體系相關(guān)理論和方法。 論文首先引入了智能電網(wǎng)概念模型及域的概念,總結(jié)了智能配電網(wǎng)概念模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出智能配電網(wǎng)集成量測體系概念,并詳細(xì)分析了集成量測體系的功能需求和特點(diǎn),及其對智能配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展和建設(shè)的意義。 智能配電網(wǎng)集成量測體系是對配電網(wǎng)中信息流動過程的描述。論文總結(jié)了集成量測體系中對應(yīng)用信息流的分析方法——“PIC”法以及應(yīng)用對信息流要求的具體分析方法——“五視圖”法,并對“配電電壓無功控制”應(yīng)用給出了示例應(yīng)用分析。在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,論文給出了智能配電網(wǎng)集成量測體系參考架構(gòu),并對其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。 此外,論文還對智能配電網(wǎng)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃算法進(jìn)行了研究。針對信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)可生存性要求,根據(jù)配電網(wǎng)的實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用N-1準(zhǔn)則提出了相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃模型,并設(shè)計了考慮N-1約束的啟發(fā)式規(guī)劃算法,算例對比驗(yàn)證了算法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the theoretical research and practice of smart grid, smart distribution network as a two-way power flow and two-way information flow in the smart grid embodied in the link. With the gradual promotion and application of distributed power generation, smart distribution network will become the main interface of distributed generation to the power grid in the future. At the same time, in order to ensure the observability of smart distribution network, A large number of smart electronic devices will be introduced into the smart distribution network. These new changes in the smart distribution network will bring a lot of measurement information to the distribution network, and how to build an integrated information system that meets the needs of the development of the smart grid and the smart distribution network. It is of great significance to the security, stability and optimal operation of smart distribution network. At present, the research on the information integration of smart distribution network can be divided into two parts: the general outline of the information system of the whole smart distribution network which covers the smart distribution network and the research on some links or part of the advanced application system in the distribution network. Research on information integration and sharing. The former focuses on the development trend of the whole smart grid. The smart distribution network can not be analyzed in detail, but the latter is limited to part of the measurement information in the distribution network, which can not meet the requirements of the whole smart distribution network measurement information integration. Based on the conceptual model theory of smart grid, this paper synthesizes these two research ideas, and studies the relevant theories and methods of intelligent distribution network integrated measurement system. Firstly, the concept model and domain concept of smart distribution network are introduced, and the concept of intelligent distribution network integrated measurement system is put forward, and the functional requirements and characteristics of integrated measurement system are analyzed in detail. And its significance to the development and construction of smart distribution network. The intelligent distribution network integrated measurement system is the description of the information flow process in the distribution network. This paper summarizes the analysis method of the applied information flow in the integrated measurement system-"PIC" method and the "five views" method, which is the concrete analysis method of the application information flow requirement. The application of "distribution voltage and reactive power control" is analyzed. Based on the previous research, the reference architecture of intelligent distribution network integrated measurement system is presented and analyzed in detail. In addition, the paper also studies the intelligent distribution network information network planning algorithm. According to the information network survivability requirements, according to the actual situation of the distribution network, using the N-1 criterion, the corresponding planning model is proposed. A heuristic programming algorithm with N-1 constraints is designed, and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by an example.
