【摘要】:面對(duì)日益強(qiáng)勁的清潔能源需求,根據(jù)兩會(huì)的政府工作報(bào)告,核電站將迎來新一波的快速發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。面對(duì)越來越多投入電力市場(chǎng)的核電站,,要盡快達(dá)到安全穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的運(yùn)營目標(biāo),盡量避免或減少日常期間機(jī)組設(shè)備的檢修,延長日常機(jī)組的發(fā)電時(shí)間,增加企業(yè)的盈利,需要高質(zhì)量的大修管理來支撐。 本文在研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)核電站的質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概述,以大亞灣核電基地?fù)Q料大修質(zhì)量管理為實(shí)踐例證,闡述核電企業(yè)如何將質(zhì)量管理理論應(yīng)用在換料大修質(zhì)量管理領(lǐng)域,通過描述當(dāng)前DNMC換料大修質(zhì)量管理工作的現(xiàn)狀情況,比對(duì)大亞灣核電基地機(jī)組與WANO、中核等同行大修質(zhì)量相關(guān)的運(yùn)營指標(biāo),說明當(dāng)前核電站換料大修質(zhì)量管理所遇到問題及不足,并對(duì)大修質(zhì)量相關(guān)的缺陷進(jìn)行了具體的原因分析。針對(duì)換料大修的問題,結(jié)合筆者從事多次的大修質(zhì)量管理實(shí)踐,探討核電企業(yè)如何建立和實(shí)施換料大修質(zhì)量管理體系。以DNMC為例,根據(jù)換料大修的流程控制,將換料大修質(zhì)量管控劃分為三個(gè)階段,即大修準(zhǔn)備、大修實(shí)施、大修總結(jié)與反饋階段,明確各階段質(zhì)量管控的關(guān)鍵工作。最后根據(jù)目前核電站換料大修的新形勢(shì)和實(shí)際操作情況,提出相關(guān)的優(yōu)化意見,部分已經(jīng)得到實(shí)施和驗(yàn)證,取得一定的良好效果。 對(duì)如何正確解決核電站換料大修質(zhì)量問題,摸索出核電站換料大修質(zhì)量管理的成功套路,建立一種合適的大修質(zhì)量管理體系,本文所闡述的質(zhì)量控制方法和改進(jìn)建議對(duì)同行電站有一定的可操作性和借鑒意義,能為核電企業(yè)進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)大修質(zhì)量和提升業(yè)績提供新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:In the face of increasingly strong demand for clean energy, according to the government work report of the two sessions, nuclear power plants will have a new wave of rapid development momentum. In the face of more and more nuclear power plants entering the electricity market, In order to achieve the operational goal of safe and stable economic operation as soon as possible, avoid or reduce the maintenance of the unit equipment during the daily period, prolong the generation time of the daily unit, increase the profit of the enterprise, we need the high quality overhaul management to support. On the basis of studying the relevant quality management theories at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of nuclear power plant quality management, taking the recharge overhaul quality management of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station as a practical example. This paper describes how to apply the quality management theory to the field of overhaul quality management in nuclear power enterprises, and describes the current situation of DNMC overhaul quality management. Comparing the operational indicators of Daya Bay nuclear power station units with the quality of peer overhaul, such as WANOand Central Nuclear Power Station, shows the problems and deficiencies encountered in the quality management of the overhauling and overhaul of the current nuclear power station. The causes of defects related to overhaul quality are analyzed. In view of the problem of reloading overhaul, combined with the practice of quality management of overhauling, the author has been engaged in the practice of overhauling quality management for many times. This paper discusses how to establish and implement the quality management system of overhaul in nuclear power enterprises. Taking DNMC as an example, according to the process control of overhaul, the quality control of overhaul is divided into three stages, that is, preparation for overhaul and implementation of overhaul. Summing up and feedback stage of overhaul, defining the key work of quality control in each stage. Finally, according to the new situation and actual operation situation of overhaul of nuclear power plant at present, put forward relevant optimization suggestions, some of which have been implemented and verified. Obtain certain good effect. How to solve the problem of overhaul quality of nuclear power station correctly, find out the successful routine of overhaul quality management of nuclear power station, establish a suitable overhaul quality management system, The quality control methods and improvement suggestions described in this paper have certain maneuverability and reference significance for the same power stations, and can provide new ideas and methods for nuclear power enterprises to further improve the overhaul quality and performance.
