基于ARM與LabVIEW的電能質(zhì)量分析系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)自動化與經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,電能質(zhì)量越來越受到人們的關(guān)注,各行各業(yè)對電能質(zhì)量的要求也在逐漸增高。因此,為保證電力系統(tǒng)運行的穩(wěn)定性與安全性,對電能質(zhì)量指標進行監(jiān)測與分析有著重要意義。 目前,隨著嵌入式技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,DSP與ARM的性能變得日漸強大,但傳統(tǒng)的以DSP與ARM為硬件核心的監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),仍存在功能簡單、存儲容量有限、不易網(wǎng)絡(luò)化等不足。近年來,Linux操作系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成長為一個成熟的嵌入式操作系統(tǒng),它是一個開源操作系統(tǒng),可以實現(xiàn)多任務(wù)處理,且具有豐富的資源,可以滿足各種嵌入式系統(tǒng)的需求;另一方面,虛擬儀器技術(shù)是近年來興起的一項新技術(shù),它具有高度模塊化,智能化的特點,被廣泛應(yīng)用于測控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。 為了彌補傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的不足,本設(shè)計在監(jiān)測設(shè)備的ARM模塊上移植了μcLinux操作系統(tǒng),利用其豐富的接口,使用SEGGER公司開發(fā)的GUI圖形庫emWin,以及嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)庫sqlite3,在監(jiān)測設(shè)備上完成了μccLinux用戶程序的開發(fā),實現(xiàn)了ARM與PC間的TCP通迅,用戶界面設(shè)計與數(shù)據(jù)存儲。此外,為了提高對電能質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的存儲與管理能力,以LabVIEW為軟件平臺結(jié)合Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫,開發(fā)了一套功能全面的電能質(zhì)量后臺監(jiān)測軟件,該軟件在PC端為用戶提供了接近Windows標準的圖形界面,現(xiàn)實了PC與監(jiān)測設(shè)備的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信功能,完成了大量電能質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的存儲與查詢。 經(jīng)測試,系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,較好地擴展了電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的功能,具有較大的實用意義與較高的市場價值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of industrial automation and economic construction, people pay more and more attention to power quality, and the requirements of power quality in various industries are also gradually increasing. Therefore, in order to ensure the stability and safety of power system operation, It is of great significance to monitor and analyze the power quality index. At present, with the development of embedded technology, the performance of DSP and ARM becomes more and more powerful, but the traditional monitoring system based on DSP and ARM still has simple function and limited storage capacity. In recent years, Linux operating system has grown into a mature embedded operating system, it is an open source operating system, can achieve multi-task processing, and has rich resources, On the other hand, virtual instrument technology is a new technology which has been developed in recent years. It has the characteristics of highly modularization and intelligence, and is widely used in the development of measurement and control system. In order to make up for the deficiency of the traditional monitoring system, the 渭 cLinux operating system is transplanted into the ARM module of the monitoring equipment, and its rich interface is used. Using GUI graphics library emWinand embedded database sqlite3 developed by SEGGER Company, the 渭 ccLinux user program is developed on the monitoring equipment, and the TCP communication, user interface design and data storage between ARM and PC are realized. In order to improve the ability of storing and managing power quality data, a comprehensive power quality background monitoring software is developed based on LabVIEW software platform and Oracle database. The software provides users with a graphical interface close to the Windows standard at the PC end, realizes the network communication function between PC and the monitoring equipment, and completes the storage and query of a large number of power quality data. The test results show that the system runs stably and extends the function of the power quality monitoring system, which is of great practical significance and high market value.
