永磁同步電動機(jī)電磁—機(jī)械應(yīng)力耦合場的研究

【摘要】:永磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)裝有永磁體,轉(zhuǎn)子沖片上開有大量隔磁槽,有時(shí)為了擁有自起動能力,轉(zhuǎn)子表面上還要安裝鼠籠導(dǎo)條,進(jìn)一步削弱了轉(zhuǎn)子機(jī)械強(qiáng)度。電機(jī)工作在多物理耦合場條件下,運(yùn)行時(shí)受到電磁力、熱應(yīng)力和離心力等機(jī)械應(yīng)力作用,特別是轉(zhuǎn)速高達(dá)每分鐘幾萬甚至十幾萬轉(zhuǎn)的高速永磁電機(jī),轉(zhuǎn)子疊片和永磁體會受到巨大離心力,轉(zhuǎn)子強(qiáng)度問題更為嚴(yán)重。為了校核在多物理場環(huán)境的綜合應(yīng)力作用下,永磁同步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)是否滿足機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、塑性要求,本文以一臺22kW自起動永磁同步電動機(jī)(Line-start Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,LSPMSM)和一臺11kW高速永磁電機(jī)為例,對轉(zhuǎn)子電磁-機(jī)械應(yīng)力耦合場進(jìn)行了深入地研究。首先,進(jìn)行了永磁同步電機(jī)電磁場有限元分析。在ANSOFT Maxwell中建立LSPMSM和高速永磁同步電動機(jī)2D電磁場有限元模型,對LSPMSM空載起動、負(fù)載起動、堵轉(zhuǎn)及過載失步過程的動態(tài)特性和高速永磁同步電動機(jī)空載運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了仿真計(jì)算。其次,簡單介紹了應(yīng)力場的基本理論,包括應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變的基本概念,強(qiáng)度理論以及彈性模量、泊松比、屈服極限等材料力學(xué)性能的主要指標(biāo),并從理論上分析了永磁同步電機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)子受力情況。然后,對LSPMSM不同工況下的應(yīng)力場進(jìn)行了仿真分析;贚SPMSM的電磁場仿真模型及計(jì)算結(jié)果,通過Workbench耦合平臺對其空載起動、負(fù)載起動及過載失步過程的應(yīng)力場進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,得到了電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子在極端情況下的應(yīng)力和變形。最后,基于高速永磁同步電動機(jī)的電磁場仿真模型,將其穩(wěn)態(tài)電磁場計(jì)算結(jié)果耦合到應(yīng)力場,結(jié)合材料力學(xué)特性,計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)子上的應(yīng)力分布,校核永磁體護(hù)套的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度,該計(jì)算方法可用于高速電機(jī)的樣機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)中。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet is installed in the rotor of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and a large number of flux isolation slots are opened on the rotor punch. Sometimes, in order to have the ability of self-starting, the rodent cage guide bar is installed on the rotor surface, which further weakens the mechanical strength of the rotor.Rotor laminations and permanent magnets will be subjected to a large centrifugal force, and the rotor strength problem is more serious.In order to check whether the rotor structure of PMSM meets the requirements of mechanical strength and plasticity under the comprehensive stress of multi-physical field environment,In this paper, a 22kW self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motor (Line-start Permanent Magnet Synchronous motor LSPMSM) and a 11kW high-speed permanent magnet motor are taken as examples to study the electromagnetic-mechanical stress coupling field of the rotor.Firstly, the electromagnetic field of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is analyzed by finite element method.The finite element model of 2D electromagnetic field of LSPMSM and high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is established in ANSOFT Maxwell, and the LSPMSM is started without load and load.The dynamic characteristics of shutoff and overload out-of-step process and the steady-state characteristics of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in no-load operation are simulated and calculated.Secondly, the basic theory of stress field is briefly introduced, including the basic concepts of stress and strain, the theory of strength and the main indexes of mechanical properties of materials, such as elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, yield limit, etc.The rotor force of PMSM is analyzed theoretically.Then, the stress field of LSPMSM under different working conditions is simulated and analyzed.Based on the electromagnetic field simulation model of LSPMSM and its calculation results, the stress fields in the process of no-load starting, load starting and overloading out-of-step are calculated through the Workbench platform, and the stress and deformation of the motor rotor in extreme cases are obtained.This method can be used in the prototype design of high speed motor.
