【摘要】：針對(duì)再熱蒸汽供熱的熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)機(jī)組供熱負(fù)荷較大且多變的問(wèn)題,對(duì)機(jī)組的協(xié)調(diào)控制、水煤比控制、燃煤熱值校正回路(BTU)控制進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,同時(shí)在汽輪機(jī)數(shù)字電液控制系統(tǒng)(DEH)中增加了再熱調(diào)節(jié)閥壓力調(diào)節(jié)功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了機(jī)組在協(xié)調(diào)控制方式下電負(fù)荷及熱負(fù)荷的調(diào)節(jié)功能,從而保證了機(jī)組的安全、穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the heating load of the cogeneration unit for reheat steam heating is large and changeable , the coordination control of the unit , the water - coal ratio control , the coal - fired heat value correction circuit ( btu ) control are optimized , and the pressure regulation function of the reheat regulating valve is increased in the digital electro - hydraulic control system of the steam turbine , so that the regulation function of the electric load and the heat load of the unit under the coordinated control mode is realized , thereby ensuring the safety , the stability and the economic operation of the unit .
