有機(jī)酸對油紙絕緣熱老化及頻域介電譜特性的影響

【摘要】:為研究有機(jī)酸對油紙絕緣熱老化及頻域介電譜(FDS)的影響,在絕緣油中分別添加甲酸和硬脂酸至油中酸值均達(dá)到0.3×10-3(即中和1 g該絕緣油需0.3 mg KOH),再將初始水分質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)σmc分別為0.2%和3.0%的絕緣紙置于不同的絕緣油試品中,測試不同溫度下有機(jī)酸在油和紙之間的分布特性(采用酸的擴(kuò)散特性和溶解特性來表征)。當(dāng)有機(jī)酸達(dá)到穩(wěn)態(tài)后,分別在20℃和70℃下對不同試品進(jìn)行FDS測試,分析試品復(fù)介電常數(shù)實(shí)部ε'和虛部ε''的變化規(guī)律;再分別在70℃和100℃下對試品進(jìn)行加速熱老化試驗(yàn),分析老化過程中的絕緣紙聚合度的變化趨勢和老化機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,甲酸易溶于絕緣紙,硬脂酸易溶于絕緣油。溫度和σmc對酸在油紙絕緣中溶解特性的影響很小,但溫度的升高會加速酸的擴(kuò)散。甲酸對絕緣紙的老化具有顯著影響,而硬脂酸基本無影響。低溫時,甲酸對ε'和ε''均具有顯著影響,而硬脂酸只對干燥絕緣紙的ε''具有顯著影響;高溫時,甲酸和硬脂酸分別對ε''和ε'的影響較大。因此利用FDS法評估油紙絕緣中的σmc時,需充分考慮有機(jī)酸的影響。
