基于FFT的電網(wǎng)諧波分析儀的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:國(guó)際上公認(rèn)諧波“污染”是電網(wǎng)的公害,必須采取措施加以限制。要治理諧波,首要問(wèn)題是檢測(cè)諧波?梢允褂弥C波分析儀,也可以使用電能質(zhì)量分析儀。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上的檢測(cè)儀器大多是國(guó)外品牌。如美國(guó)福祿克FLUKE、日本日置HIOKI等,國(guó)外產(chǎn)品性能優(yōu)良、功能完備,但價(jià)格昂貴。國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格適中,但檢測(cè)精度普遍不高。當(dāng)前,采用數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)這類(lèi)產(chǎn)品是主流技術(shù),利用快速傅里葉變換FFT (Fast Fourier Transform)的測(cè)量方法是使用最廣泛的方法之一。本課題論述了一種電力諧波分析儀的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。總體設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T17626.7-2008《電磁兼容試驗(yàn)和測(cè)量技術(shù)供電系統(tǒng)及所連設(shè)備諧波、諧間波的測(cè)量和測(cè)量?jī)x器導(dǎo)則》,在深入分析影響諧波測(cè)量精度因素的基礎(chǔ)上,提出硬件、軟件方案。硬件擬采用德州儀器公司TI (Texas Instruments)數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器TMS320F28335作為硬件平臺(tái)主芯片,資源包括:三相電壓\電流信號(hào)采集、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器AD7606、LCD屏、按鍵、串口通訊等。軟件方面:主要使用C語(yǔ)言編程,并結(jié)合匯編語(yǔ)言。使用集成開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境Code Composer Studio v4 (CCS V4.0)進(jìn)行軟件編程、調(diào)試。諧波測(cè)量方法采用浮點(diǎn)式、改進(jìn)型FFT算法(快速諧波分析時(shí)間≤5mS),采樣頻率12.8kSPS(256點(diǎn)/周波)。結(jié)論:諧波測(cè)量精度達(dá)到A級(jí);實(shí)現(xiàn)了諧波實(shí)時(shí)高精度監(jiān)測(cè)、統(tǒng)計(jì)電網(wǎng)各次諧波含量、特征諧波越限告警等功能;同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)電力系統(tǒng)電壓、電流、頻率、有功功率、無(wú)功功率、功率因數(shù)等電力參數(shù)的高精度測(cè)量。本課題成果是一款便攜式電力諧波分析儀。分析儀實(shí)現(xiàn)了低成本、高精度?蓱(yīng)用于實(shí)際現(xiàn)場(chǎng),有很好的市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用前景。當(dāng)前基于TMSF2812(定點(diǎn)DSP)的設(shè)計(jì)方案較多,而采用TI最新型號(hào)TMS320F28335的方案不多,可以為以后設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。另外,對(duì)于開(kāi)發(fā)有源電力濾波器APF諧波測(cè)量部分也有借鑒意義。

Using harmonic analyzer, can also use the power quality analyzer. At present, the domestic market instruments are mostly foreign brands. Such as the United States fluke FLUKE, Japan HIOKI so, the foreign products of excellent performance, complete functions, but the price is expensive. The domestic price is moderate, but the detection accuracy is not high. At present, the digital signal processor platform for the development of this kind of product is the mainstream technology, using fast Fourier transform FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) method of measurement is one of the most widely used methods. Paper discusses the design and implementation of a power harmonic analyzer. The power supply system of test and measurement technology and equipment overall design according to the standard GB/T17626.7-2008< harmonic electromagnetic compatibility Wave, interharmonics measurements and instrumentation for >, based on analyzing the factors affecting the accuracy of the harmonic measurement, put forward the hardware, software and hardware fitting scheme. Using TI TI (Texas Instruments) digital signal processor TMS320F28335 as the hardware platform of the main chip resources include: three-phase voltage, current signal acquisition, analog to digital converter AD7606, LCD screen, keys, serial communication and so on. The software mainly use the C programming language, combined with the use of assembly language. The integrated development environment Code Composer Studio V4 (CCS V4.0) software programming, debugging methods of measuring harmonics using floating, improved FFT algorithm (time less than 5mS, the harmonic analysis of fast sampling) the frequency of 12.8kSPS (256 / Zhou Bo). Conclusion: the harmonic measurement accuracy of a level; realize the real-time high precision harmonic monitoring statistics, grid harmonics, harmonic limit alarm The function and Realization of power system; voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, power factor and high precision measurement of power parameters. The results of this project is a portable power harmonic analyzer. The analyzer can achieve low cost, high precision, and can be applied to the practical field, have a good market prospect based on the current TMSF2812. (point DSP) more design and use of the latest TI version of the TMS320F28335 program is not much, can provide a reference for future design. In addition, for the development of active power filter APF harmonic measuring part also has reference significance.
