【摘要】:電能表是電網(wǎng)的電能計(jì)量終端,電力系統(tǒng)中最重要的配套設(shè)備。為了推動(dòng)智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè),國(guó)家電網(wǎng)頒布了一系列的智能電表的規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),作為今后各個(gè)省級(jí)電力公司招標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)單相智能電能表的功能和性能要求,我們對(duì)目前存在的電能計(jì)量芯片從功能、性能以及成本上面進(jìn)行篩選,最終確定采用高精度的炬泉公司生產(chǎn)的ATT7053BU計(jì)量芯片,設(shè)計(jì)一款新型的單相智能電表。本文詳細(xì)介紹了單相智能電表的主要性能和功能,按照此功能設(shè)計(jì)單相智能電表的硬件和軟件方案,以單片機(jī)為功能核心,硬件電路和系統(tǒng)軟件采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)介紹電壓采樣電路、電流采樣電路、電源模塊、通訊模塊、時(shí)鐘和存儲(chǔ)模塊等關(guān)鍵模塊,并且介紹了軟件設(shè)計(jì)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件平臺(tái)化的設(shè)計(jì)思想,實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能電能表的事件記錄和安全認(rèn)證等功能。為了兼顧生產(chǎn)效率、降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和降低成本,本電能表采用功率法調(diào)表的設(shè)計(jì)思路,并設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)試和檢驗(yàn)等測(cè)試軟件,大大提高了測(cè)試效率,為公司的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展打下了基礎(chǔ)。實(shí)際應(yīng)用測(cè)試和運(yùn)行表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的單相費(fèi)控智能電能表,具有工作穩(wěn)定、性能可靠、計(jì)量精確等特點(diǎn),達(dá)到了既定的設(shè)計(jì)要求,完全滿足國(guó)內(nèi)智能電能表的市場(chǎng)需求,具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本單相智能電能表最終順利通過(guò)了電科院的認(rèn)證,并獲得認(rèn)證證書(shū)。
[Abstract]:The electric energy meter is the power metering terminal, supporting the most important equipment in the power system. In order to promote the construction of smart grid, national grid issued a standard series of smart meters, as in each provincial power company bidding standard. In accordance with the standards of Dan Xiangzhi electric energy meter function and performance requirements, we energy metering chip from the function of the existing power, performance and cost of screening, and ultimately determine the use of ATT7053BU chip high precision torch company production, a new design of single-phase smart meter. This paper introduces the main function and performance of single-phase smart meter, according to the functional design of single-phase smart meter hardware and software project, using MCU as the core function, hardware circuit and system software adopts modular design, introduces the voltage sampling circuit, current sampling circuit, electric Source module, communication module, clock module and key storage module, and introduces the design of the overall structure and the software platform of software design, the realization of intelligent electric meter event recording and safe authentication. In order to take into account the production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and reduce the cost of the electric energy meter by using the design idea power transfer table method, and design the debugging and test software, greatly improves the test efficiency, lay the foundation for the further development of the company. The actual application shows that the testing and running, the design of the intelligent control for single phase electric energy meter, with stable operation, reliable performance, accurate measurement and other characteristics, to established design requirements, fully meet the domestic smart meter market demand, has broad application prospects. The single-phase smart meter eventually passed the EPRI certification, and obtain the certificate.
