【摘要】：從生態(tài)環(huán)境角度來講，垃圾是污染物，但從資源方面看，垃圾是一種很有前景的可再生資源。利用垃圾作為燃料來進行發(fā)電，不但清理了工業(yè)生活垃圾，，也滿足了電量不足，為社會分擔(dān)了一定的發(fā)電壓力。其中，垃圾發(fā)電廠的選址直接關(guān)系到了整個垃圾發(fā)電廠以后的發(fā)展，有時會因為垃圾發(fā)電廠的選址引起社會問題并影響發(fā)電廠的建設(shè)。 論文首先分析了垃圾發(fā)電廠選址存在的問題，提出了垃圾發(fā)電廠選址的目標和原則，并闡述了垃圾發(fā)電廠選址的步驟。然后，介紹了模糊認知圖模型的理論和方法，分析影響垃圾發(fā)電廠選址的因素，建立了動態(tài)的因素影響模型，并確定了因素之間因果影響程度值的計算方法。最后，介紹了多目標優(yōu)化模型的基本理論，在一定的假設(shè)條件下，從影響垃圾發(fā)電廠選址的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境和社會四個方面，分別建立子目標函數(shù)，確定了約束條件，再把模糊認知圖模型與多目標優(yōu)化模型結(jié)合起來，建立了最終的選址模型。運用該模型計算垃圾發(fā)電廠選址的位置，并以秦皇島環(huán)保垃圾發(fā)電項目的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)，運用效用函數(shù)的求解方法將多目標優(yōu)化問題轉(zhuǎn)化成單目標的優(yōu)化問題，計算出了秦皇島市垃圾發(fā)電廠的建廠位置，并與秦皇島環(huán)保垃圾發(fā)電項目的擬建廠位置進行了對比分析。說明了本文垃圾發(fā)電廠選址方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:From the ecological point of view, garbage is a pollutant, but in terms of resources, garbage is a promising renewable resource. Using garbage as a fuel for power generation not only clears industrial waste, but also satisfies the shortage of electricity. The site selection of the refuse power plant is directly related to the development of the whole refuse power plant, sometimes it will cause social problems and affect the construction of the power plant because of the location of the waste power plant. Firstly, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the site selection of garbage power plants, puts forward the objectives and principles of the site selection of the waste power plants, and expounds the steps of the site selection of the waste power plants. Then, the theory and method of the fuzzy cognitive graph model are introduced. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the location of garbage power plant, establishes the dynamic factor model, and determines the calculation method of the degree of causality between factors. Finally, the basic theory of the multi-objective optimization model is introduced. Under certain assumptions, the sub-objective function is established from the four aspects of technology, economy, environment and society that affect the location of garbage power plant, and the constraint condition is determined, and then the fuzzy cognitive map model is combined with the multi-objective optimization model. The final location model is established, which is used to calculate the location of garbage power plant, and based on the related data of Qinhuangdao environmental protection garbage power generation project. The utility function method is used to transform the multi-objective optimization problem into a single-objective optimization problem, and the location of the waste power plant in Qinhuangdao City is calculated. The location of the proposed plant is compared with Qinhuangdao environmental protection refuse power generation project, and the feasibility of the site selection method of the garbage power plant in this paper is explained.
