【摘要】:在環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)中,治理大氣污染是重點(diǎn),而火電廠排污治理又是重中之重。環(huán)保部2011年公布的《火電廠大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(二次征求意見稿)中制訂的減排標(biāo)準(zhǔn)堪稱世界最嚴(yán)。目前火電廠應(yīng)用的脫硝手段有四種:燃燒改良NOx處理技術(shù)、選擇性催化還原法(SCR)脫硝、非選擇性催化還原法(SNCR)脫硝以及SNCR/SCR混合法。選擇哪一種脫硝工藝才能使電廠在技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)上達(dá)到最優(yōu)是電廠面臨的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。 本文介紹了國內(nèi)外脫硝工程技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)的研究現(xiàn)狀,概述了馬頭電廠實(shí)施脫硝工程的基本條件,分析了可供馬頭電廠選擇的四種脫硝工藝技術(shù)原理及特點(diǎn)。本文分析闡述了技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析及評價(jià)的基本理論知識,并應(yīng)用這些理論知識,,確定馬頭電廠脫硝工程的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并通過層次分析,為馬頭電廠脫硝工程的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)指標(biāo)確定權(quán)重。在對體系中的各個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對四種脫硝技術(shù)進(jìn)行了模糊綜合評價(jià)。最后,通過對評價(jià)結(jié)果的分析,說明SCR工藝技術(shù)最適合馬頭電廠的脫硝工程。
[Abstract]:In the environmental protection industry, air pollution control is the key. The emission control of thermal power plant is the most important one. The emission reduction standard of atmospheric pollutant emission from thermal power plant published by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2011 (second draft for consultation) is the world's most stringent emission reduction standard. At present, the denitrification used in thermal power plants is regarded as the most stringent. There are four methods: improved combustion NOx treatment technology, Selective catalytic reduction method (SCR) denitrification, non-selective catalytic reduction method (NCR) denitrification and SNCR/SCR mixing method. It is a realistic problem for power plant to choose which denitrification process can make the power plant achieve the best technologically and economically. This paper introduces the present situation of technical and economic evaluation of denitrification engineering at home and abroad, and summarizes the basic conditions for the implementation of denitrification project in Matou Power Plant. The principle and characteristics of four denitrification technologies available for selection in Matou Power Plant are analyzed. The basic theoretical knowledge of technical and economic analysis and evaluation is analyzed and applied in this paper. The technical and economic evaluation index system of the denitrification project in Matou Power Plant is determined, and the weight of the technical and economic evaluation index of the denitrification project in the Maotou Power Plant is determined through the analytic hierarchy process. On the basis of the analysis of each index in the system, the technical and economic evaluation index of the denitrification project is determined. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of four denitrification technologies is carried out. Finally, through the analysis of the evaluation results, it is shown that the SCR technology is the most suitable for denitrification engineering in Matou Power Plant.
