【摘要】：汽輪發(fā)電機組振動水平是考察機組運行安全性和可靠性的重要指標。汽輪發(fā)電機組的振動問題是機組制造質(zhì)量、安裝狀態(tài)、運行條件的綜合反映。盡管引起機組振動的原因錯綜復(fù)雜,但相同類型機組的振動特性具有一定的相關(guān)性。收集同型機組的振動特征對分析機組振動具有借鑒作用。針對600 MW汽輪發(fā)電機組發(fā)生的典型工頻振動故障進行了分析,歸納了引起振動的主要原因,并提出了應(yīng)對措施,為處理類似振動問題提供指導(dǎo)和參考。
[Abstract]:The vibration level of turbine-generator set is an important index to evaluate the safety and reliability of the turbine generator set. The vibration problem of the turbine generator unit is the quality of the unit manufacture and the installation state. A comprehensive reflection of operating conditions. Although the causes of unit vibration are complex, But the vibration characteristics of the same type units have certain correlation. The collection of the vibration characteristics of the same type units is useful for the analysis of the unit vibration. The typical power frequency vibration faults of 600 MW turbogenerator units are analyzed. The main causes of vibration are summarized and the corresponding measures are put forward to provide guidance and reference for dealing with similar vibration problems.
