串聯(lián)鐵心電抗器軟件設(shè)計(jì)與有限元分析

【摘要】:鐵心電抗器是電網(wǎng)中不可缺少的重要電力設(shè)備,起到限流、補(bǔ)償、濾波等作用。隨著CAD技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)企業(yè)人員開(kāi)始研究如何更加方便、高效的設(shè)計(jì)鐵心電抗器,因此這些技術(shù)越來(lái)越受到廣泛關(guān)注。 本文從電磁設(shè)計(jì)、參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)及有限元法分析等方面進(jìn)行串聯(lián)鐵心電抗器研究。論文介紹了鐵心電抗器傳統(tǒng)電磁設(shè)計(jì)流程,對(duì)鐵心電抗器進(jìn)行了電磁設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,利用Visual Basic軟件編制鐵心電抗器設(shè)計(jì)軟件,得出了鐵心電抗器設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算單。同時(shí),論文利用VB編程語(yǔ)言與Solidworks軟件完成鐵心電抗器參數(shù)化建模,實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)化裝配,并將三維模型導(dǎo)入有限元軟件Ansoft中進(jìn)行穩(wěn)態(tài)磁場(chǎng)分析,得到磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度分布,并結(jié)合電感矩陣?yán)媚芰糠ㄓ?jì)算鐵心電抗器電感值。此外,論文利用Ansys workbench軟件,采用計(jì)算單中的銅損和鐵損作為熱源,有限元仿真分析鐵心電抗器的溫度場(chǎng),得到其溫度分布,,并對(duì)比計(jì)算溫升,確定是否符合絕緣耐溫等級(jí)的溫升要求。 論文最后利用伏安法進(jìn)行鐵心電抗器試驗(yàn),測(cè)試得出其電感值,并與所仿真得出的電感值對(duì)比,二者比較一致;同時(shí)利用紅外測(cè)溫儀測(cè)試其額定電流下的各部分溫度值,與仿真結(jié)果的數(shù)值差距不大。論文研究表明,采用有限元分析可以在電感計(jì)算和溫度分布上代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)電磁計(jì)算,具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Iron core reactor is an important power equipment in power system indispensable, to limit the current, compensation, filtering and so on. With the development of CAD technology, the production of the enterprise personnel began to study how to design more convenient, efficient core reactor, so the technology has attracted more and more attention.
This paper from the electromagnetic design, parametric design and finite element analysis and other aspects of the series iron core reactor. This paper introduces the traditional electromagnetic iron core reactor design process of the electromagnetic iron core reactor design, using Visual Basic software core reactor design software, the design and calculation of the single core reactor. At the same time, the use of VB programming language and Solidworks software to complete the core reactor parametric modeling, parametric assembly, and steady-state magnetic field analysis of 3D model into the finite element software Ansoft, obtained the distribution of magnetic induction intensity, combined with the inductance matrix calculation of core reactor inductance by using energy method. In addition, the use of Ansys workbench software, the calculation of single copper in loss and iron loss as the heat source, temperature field analysis of core reactor finite element simulation, the temperature distribution, and contrast Calculate the temperature rise to determine whether it is in accordance with the temperature rise requirement of the insulated temperature class.
The last part of the paper core reactor test by voltammetry, tests showed that the inductance value, compared with the simulation and the inductance value of the two comparison; at the same time using infrared thermometer to test the temperature of each part of the rated current value, numerical simulation results and the gap is not big. The research shows that, by using the finite element analysis it can replace the traditional electromagnetic calculation in the inductance calculation and temperature distribution, it has certain engineering application value.
