【摘要】:在我國(guó)電力改革的日漸深化的進(jìn)程中,降低線損顯得越來(lái)越重要,本著“技術(shù)線損最優(yōu)化、管理線損最小化、綜合線損可控、再控”的降損理念,使線損管理由粗放型轉(zhuǎn)向科學(xué)、規(guī)范的良性循環(huán),從而降低供電成本,提高供電企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,開(kāi)發(fā)一套自動(dòng)化、準(zhǔn)確化、智能化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、全過(guò)程的線損精益化管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)極為迫切。本研究以國(guó)家電網(wǎng)科技項(xiàng)目“線損精益化管理與降損決策支持系統(tǒng)研究與開(kāi)發(fā)”為依托,針對(duì)西昌電網(wǎng)線損精益化管理與降損決策支持系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文在總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外此類研究的現(xiàn)狀之后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法與實(shí)現(xiàn)方式做了綜述。通過(guò)分析供電局線損管理涉及的業(yè)務(wù)流程和其對(duì)于信息系統(tǒng)的需求和建議,系統(tǒng)采用面向服務(wù)的架構(gòu)(SOA)和企業(yè)服務(wù)總線(ESB)技術(shù),基于多層體系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、中間件技術(shù)構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一的支撐軟件平臺(tái)。采用IEC 61970/IEC 61968系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、參照電力行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及國(guó)網(wǎng)公司相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)集成,實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一模型、統(tǒng)一接口、統(tǒng)一編碼和統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)。根據(jù)線損管理要求,構(gòu)建功能完善、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、穩(wěn)定可靠的理論線損在線子系統(tǒng)、統(tǒng)計(jì)線損管理子系統(tǒng)、線損分析子系統(tǒng)、線損指標(biāo)管理考核子系統(tǒng)、降損決策支持子系統(tǒng)。建立了一套集理論線損計(jì)算、“四分”統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算、線損分析、指標(biāo)考核管理、輔助決策、信息發(fā)布于一體的線損精益化管理與降損決策支持系統(tǒng),充分的滿足電力企業(yè)對(duì)線損管理的需要。
[Abstract]:In the process of deepening electric power reform in our country, it is more and more important to reduce line loss. In line with the idea of "optimizing technical line loss, minimizing line loss under management, controlling comprehensive line loss", The line loss management should be changed from extensive to scientific and standardized virtuous circle, so as to reduce the cost of power supply, improve the economic benefit of power supply enterprises, develop a set of automation, accuracy, intelligence and standardization, The whole process of line loss lean management system has been extremely urgent. This research is based on the research and development of line loss lean management and loss reduction decision support system of the State Grid Science and Technology Project. The design and implementation of line loss lean management and loss reduction decision support system in Xichang power network are presented in this paper. This paper summarizes the design method and implementation of the system. By analyzing the business process involved in line loss management of power supply bureau and its requirements and suggestions for information system, the system adopts the technology of Service oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Service bus (ESBs). Based on the multi-tier system structure, middleware technology is used to construct a unified supporting software platform. IEC 61970/IEC 61968 series standards are adopted to integrate data with reference to power industry standards and relevant standards of national network companies, so as to realize unified model and unified interface. According to the requirements of line loss management, a theoretical line loss online subsystem, a statistical line loss management subsystem, a line loss analysis subsystem, a line loss index management and assessment subsystem are constructed. A set of line loss lean management and loss reduction decision support system is established, which includes theoretical line loss calculation, "quaternion" statistical calculation, line loss analysis, index assessment management, auxiliary decision making and information release. Fully meet the needs of line loss management in electric power enterprises.
