【摘要】：隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,人們對電力的需求不斷的提升,對供電質(zhì)量的要求也越來越高。作為供電企業(yè),只有不斷加強電網(wǎng)建設(shè)、改善電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、保證電網(wǎng)質(zhì)量,才能使用戶滿意。要實現(xiàn)這個目標,除了新建變電站外,還可以對已有的變電站進行增容與改造。變電站的改造工程本身就是一個項目,故而項目管理的理論知識當然適用于此工程。電網(wǎng)改造工程的普遍特點是工期緊、任務(wù)重、工作面廣、質(zhì)量要求高,而項目管理最大的優(yōu)點就是整合各類資源,使其達到最優(yōu)化配置。項目管理在優(yōu)化工期、降低成本、提高質(zhì)量方面有著特別明顯的優(yōu)勢,進度、成本、質(zhì)量是它的三大目標,而進度的優(yōu)化,往往是一眼就能夠看出來的。本文以110kV陽城變電站改造項目為研究對象,以項目管理理論為基礎(chǔ),將項目管理的理論知識應(yīng)用于變電站改造的全過程。首先介紹了變電站綜合自動化改造的意義及研究背景、項目進度管理國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)、變電站綜合自動化的發(fā)展歷程：在項目進度管理管理理論方面,對項目進度管理概念、影響進度的因素、進度管理的主要內(nèi)容,項目進度計劃的種類等,并著重介紹了關(guān)鍵路線法；然后講述了變電站綜合自動化的概念及其特征,說明變電站進行改造的原因,并介紹了陽城變電站改造工程的詳細情況；分析在以往變電站改造過程中,進度方面存在的問題,結(jié)合110kV陽城變電站編制該項目網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃圖,找出關(guān)鍵路線,畫出甘特圖,對該站改造進度進行指導。研究表明,將項目管理的理論知識應(yīng)用于變電站改造項目,確實能優(yōu)化進度。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy in our country, the demand for electric power is increasing, and the demand for power quality is becoming higher and higher. As a power supply enterprise, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of power grid, improve the structure of power network and ensure the quality of power network. To achieve this goal, in addition to the newly built substations, the existing substations can also be expanded and renovated. The substation renovation project is a project in itself. Therefore, the theoretical knowledge of project management is suitable for this project of course. The general characteristics of power grid renovation project are tight construction period, heavy task, wide working face, high quality requirement, and the greatest advantage of project management is to integrate all kinds of resources. Project management has obvious advantages in optimizing the duration of the project, reducing the cost and improving the quality. Schedule, cost and quality are its three major objectives. This paper takes the 110kV Yangcheng substation transformation project as the research object, and takes the project management theory as the foundation. The theoretical knowledge of project management is applied to the whole process of substation transformation. Firstly, the significance and research background of substation comprehensive automation transformation are introduced, and the research trends of project schedule management at home and abroad are introduced. The development course of substation integrated automation: in the aspect of project schedule management theory, the concept of project schedule management, the factors influencing schedule, the main content of schedule management, the type of project schedule, etc. The key route method is introduced emphatically, then the concept and characteristics of substation comprehensive automation are described, the reasons for substation transformation are explained, and the detailed situation of Yangcheng substation transformation project is introduced. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the process of substation transformation in the past, combined with the 110kV Yangcheng substation to compile the network plan of the project, to find out the key route, draw out the Gantt diagram, and guide the transformation progress of the station, the research shows that, Applying the theoretical knowledge of project management to substation transformation project can really optimize the progress.
