【摘要】:本文以海洋平臺(tái)某型號(hào)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電機(jī)組尾氣余熱為對(duì)象,以回收余熱用以產(chǎn)能為目的,為該型號(hào)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電機(jī)組設(shè)計(jì)余熱回收裝置。所做的主要內(nèi)容有: 根據(jù)目前所使用的海洋平臺(tái)燃?xì)馔钙桨l(fā)電機(jī)組余熱回收裝置的不足,提出燃?xì)?-蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)余熱回收方案。通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、方案設(shè)計(jì)和理論分析對(duì)余熱回收裝置中的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備進(jìn)行選型設(shè)計(jì),初步設(shè)計(jì)一套余熱回收裝置,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性與熱效率評(píng)價(jià)。 根據(jù)所選余熱鍋爐的特點(diǎn),對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)模型作出合理簡(jiǎn)化,并利用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真軟件建立余熱鍋爐的穩(wěn)態(tài)仿真模型,通過建立余熱鍋爐換熱區(qū)的三個(gè)子模塊——省煤器模塊、蒸發(fā)器模塊和過熱器模塊,從而組建余熱鍋爐整體模型,模型可較精確的計(jì)算出余熱鍋爐在燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)不同尾氣參數(shù)下所產(chǎn)過熱蒸汽參數(shù)。采用曲線擬合的方法,研究該余熱回收裝置中余熱鍋爐產(chǎn)汽參數(shù)隨燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)不同負(fù)載不同工況下的變化規(guī)律,確定所設(shè)計(jì)余熱回收裝置對(duì)目標(biāo)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)各工況的使用范圍。 將整套聯(lián)合循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的熱效率計(jì)算公式模塊化,建立模塊化的仿真模型,通過模型計(jì)算、曲線擬合的方法,對(duì)整套系統(tǒng)的在許用條件下不同負(fù)載不同工況的熱效率變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究。 本論文對(duì)采用燃?xì)?-蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電的方式回收海洋平臺(tái)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電機(jī)組的尾氣余熱進(jìn)行了嘗試,對(duì)于海洋平臺(tái)某常用燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)余熱回收裝置的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用及改良有一定的參考意義。所建立的穩(wěn)態(tài)模型仿真模型和熱效率計(jì)算模型具備較好的精度,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算及性能研究有一定的輔助作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the waste heat recovery device is designed for a certain type of gas turbine generator set based on offshore platform for the purpose of recovering the waste heat for production capacity. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. According to the deficiency of the waste heat recovery device of the offshore platform gas turbine generator set at present, the waste heat recovery scheme of the gas-steam combined cycle is put forward. The scheme design and theoretical analysis are carried out to select and design the key equipment in the waste heat recovery unit, and a set of waste heat recovery device is designed preliminarily, and its economy and thermal efficiency are evaluated. According to the characteristics of the selected waste heat boiler, the mathematical model is reasonably simplified, and the steady state simulation model of the waste heat boiler is established by using the computer simulation software. Through the establishment of three sub-modules of the heat transfer zone of the waste heat boiler, the economizer module is established. The evaporator module and superheater module are used to build the whole model of the waste heat boiler. The model can calculate the superheated steam parameters of the waste heat boiler under different exhaust gas parameters of the gas turbine accurately. The curve fitting method is used. The variation law of steam production parameters of waste heat boiler with different load and different working conditions of gas turbine in this waste heat recovery unit is studied, and the range of application of the designed waste heat recovery device to each working condition of target gas turbine is determined. The thermal efficiency formula of the whole combined cycle system is modularized, and the modular simulation model is established. Through the model calculation, the method of curve fitting is used. The variation law of thermal efficiency of the whole system under different loads and different working conditions is studied. This paper attempts to recover the tail gas waste heat of gas turbine generator set on offshore platform by gas-steam combined cycle power generation. It has some reference significance for the design, application and improvement of the waste heat recovery device of a common gas turbine on offshore platform. The simulation model of steady state model and the model of thermal efficiency calculation have good accuracy. It is helpful to design calculation and performance research.
