階梯槽交錯(cuò)雙柵慢波結(jié)構(gòu)高頻特性理論和模擬

【摘要】:本文基于一種階梯槽交錯(cuò)雙柵周期慢波結(jié)構(gòu)模型,獲得了該結(jié)構(gòu)中的電磁場(chǎng)分布公式.通過(guò)場(chǎng)匹配方法,求出了該結(jié)構(gòu)的高頻色散方程和耦合阻抗表達(dá)式.以W波段行波管用的階梯槽交錯(cuò)雙柵為例,利用本文公式和CST-MWS電磁軟件比較計(jì)算了色散和耦合阻抗特性,分析了階梯尺寸參數(shù)對(duì)高頻特性(基模色散、+1次空間諧波歸一化相速和耦合阻抗)的影響.結(jié)果表明,理論和CST-MWS軟件模擬有很好的一致性;相對(duì)矩形交錯(cuò)雙柵,改善了色散特性,拓展了基模帶寬,同時(shí)具有足夠大的耦合阻抗和適合工程應(yīng)用的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,在一定程度上可以彌補(bǔ)矩形交錯(cuò)雙柵周期慢波結(jié)構(gòu)的不足.
[Abstract]:Based on a staggered two-gate periodic slow-wave structure model with stepped grooves, the electromagnetic field distribution formula of the structure is obtained in this paper. The high frequency dispersion equation and the coupling impedance expression of the structure are obtained. Taking the staggered double gate of the W band traveling wave tube as an example, the dispersion and coupling impedance characteristics are calculated by comparing the formula with the CST-MWS electromagnetic software. The influence of step dimension parameters on the characteristics of high frequency (fundamental mode dispersion, normalized phase velocity and coupling impedance of first order spatial harmonics) is analyzed. The results show that the theory is in good agreement with the simulation of CST-MWS software, compared with the rectangular staggered double gate, The dispersion characteristic is improved, the fundamental mode bandwidth is expanded, and the coupling impedance is large enough and the mechanical strength suitable for engineering application can be improved. To some extent, the deficiency of rectangular staggered double-gate periodic slow-wave structure can be remedied.
