中心城區(qū)10千伏配電網(wǎng)典型供電模式研究

【摘要】:目前,我國許多城市的配電網(wǎng)采用的接線主要以架空輻射、多分段單聯(lián)絡(luò)、多分段適度聯(lián)絡(luò)、電纜單環(huán)和雙環(huán)為主,配電網(wǎng)供電可靠性指標(biāo)的水平與日本、法國、新加坡等發(fā)達國家相比,仍有較大差距。新加坡配電網(wǎng)合環(huán)運行,系統(tǒng)短路電流水平較高,且配電站的二次保護配置比較復(fù)雜,不適合作為我國配電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展方向;巴黎配電網(wǎng)的高可靠性主要依靠合理的設(shè)備冗余和堅強的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)來實現(xiàn),與我國配電網(wǎng)的中遠期發(fā)展方向相符。圍繞配電網(wǎng)可靠性目標(biāo),結(jié)合不同區(qū)域的配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展要求,提出適合我國配電網(wǎng)的接線方式,達到新加坡、法國等發(fā)達國家的配電網(wǎng)水平。本文選取寧波市的城市核心區(qū)作為典型區(qū)域,結(jié)合典型供電模式的近遠景銜接分解工程、提出設(shè)備選型、導(dǎo)線選擇、無功補償、繼電保護、配電網(wǎng)自動化模式、通信組網(wǎng)等采用的原則、一般邊界條件下規(guī)劃水平年可靠性計算等。
[Abstract]:At present, the distribution networks in many cities in China are mainly connected by overhead radiation, multi-segment single connection, multi-segment moderate connection, cable single-ring and double-ring, and the level of power supply reliability index of distribution network is similar to that of Japan and France. Compared with the developed countries such as Singapore, there is still a big gap. Singapore distribution network operates in close loop, the system short-circuit current level is relatively high, and the secondary protection configuration of distribution stations is more complex, so it is not suitable for the development direction of distribution network in China. The high reliability of Paris distribution network mainly depends on reasonable equipment redundancy and strong grid structure, which is consistent with the medium and long term development direction of distribution network in China. In this paper, the urban core area of Ningbo city is selected as the typical region, and the near prospect connecting and decomposing project of typical power supply mode is combined with the near future connection and decomposing project of typical power supply mode, which is suitable for the distribution network of our country and reach the level of the developed countries, such as Singapore, France and so on. The principles of equipment selection, wire selection, reactive power compensation, relay protection, distribution network automation mode, communication networking, and reliability calculation of planning level year under general boundary conditions are proposed.
