基于免疫算法的逆變器多目標(biāo)Pareto最優(yōu)控制策略

【摘要】:提出一種采用免疫算法來(lái)求解逆變器輸出波形質(zhì)量和開(kāi)關(guān)損耗多目標(biāo)Pareto最優(yōu)控制策略的方法。其中輸出波形質(zhì)量目標(biāo)由波形質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù)刻畫(huà),開(kāi)關(guān)損耗目標(biāo)由開(kāi)關(guān)損耗評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù)刻畫(huà),并以Pareto前沿面的形式給出多目標(biāo)Pareto最優(yōu)解集。在此基礎(chǔ)上深入分析逆變器在幾組不同阻感負(fù)載條件下波形質(zhì)量與開(kāi)關(guān)損耗之間關(guān)系圖。本文通過(guò)計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)手冊(cè)提供的器件特性參數(shù)、負(fù)載電流(集電極電流)、開(kāi)關(guān)門(mén)極驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)以及直流母線電壓來(lái)計(jì)算逆變器的損耗。搭建以DSP+FPGA為核心控制系統(tǒng)的模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行小容量模擬試驗(yàn),通過(guò)霍爾電流傳感器采集逆變器輸出電流信號(hào),采用熱敏電阻PT100測(cè)量逆變器的損耗。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明了該方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:An immune algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal control strategy of inverter output waveform quality and switching loss multi-objective Pareto, in which the output waveform quality target is described by waveform quality evaluation function. The switching loss target is described by the switching loss evaluation function. The optimal solution set of multi-objective Pareto is given in the form of Pareto frontier. On the basis of this, the relationship diagram between waveform quality and switching loss of inverter under several groups of different resistive loads is analyzed in depth. The calculation data manual is presented in this paper. For device characteristic parameters, The load current (collector current, on-close pole driving signal and DC bus voltage) is used to calculate the loss of inverter. A simulation experiment platform with DSP FPGA as the core control system is built for small capacity simulation test. The output current signal of the inverter is collected by Hall current sensor and the loss of the inverter is measured by using thermistor PT100. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
