【摘要】:新組件裝載機(jī)是應(yīng)用于核電生產(chǎn)中裝卸核燃料的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備,在核電生產(chǎn)中該設(shè)備具有不可替代的作用,同時(shí)由于核電生產(chǎn)中對生產(chǎn)安全、操作可靠性和穩(wěn)定性有很高的要求,人工操作很難滿足需求,即使使用自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備也需要進(jìn)行功能可用性和可靠性檢查,在本系統(tǒng)中將采用先進(jìn)的PLC技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對裝載機(jī)功能的開發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。為了保證生產(chǎn)過程的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性,需要對生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行全面監(jiān)控,傳統(tǒng)的視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)具有一定的局限性,在本系統(tǒng)中將采用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對組件裝載機(jī)安全作業(yè)的全面監(jiān)控。本文完成了新組件裝載機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)和安全生產(chǎn)作業(yè)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),主要工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)采用PLC技術(shù)對新組件裝載機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了準(zhǔn)確實(shí)現(xiàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對導(dǎo)向柱、抓手、裝卸過程的精確控制,設(shè)計(jì)了方便合理的觸屏控制臺(tái)供操作人員使用。(2)本文采用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了新組件裝載機(jī)安全作業(yè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對生產(chǎn)過程、生產(chǎn)環(huán)境和生產(chǎn)參數(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的監(jiān)控。(3)本文采用嵌入式編程技術(shù)和無線通信技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了底層傳感裝置的數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理功能,并通過中間層的匯聚裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)與安全作業(yè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)的通信。(4)本文采用VB技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)編程技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對匯聚層數(shù)據(jù)的接收功能,并完成對數(shù)據(jù)的綜合處理、存儲(chǔ)和反饋控制功能,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對生產(chǎn)過程中數(shù)據(jù)收集、匯總和上報(bào)的功能,全面滿足企業(yè)信息化生產(chǎn)的需求。(5)本文對新組件裝載機(jī)進(jìn)行試車測試,從生產(chǎn)操作功能和操作性能的角度進(jìn)了調(diào)整和改進(jìn),最終滿足了核電企業(yè)燃料組件裝卸的生產(chǎn)需求。對安全作業(yè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面的測試工作,并依據(jù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的測試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的完善和改進(jìn),完善了安全作業(yè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的功能和性能。通過本系統(tǒng)在核電生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的運(yùn)用,提高了核電企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,保證了核電生產(chǎn)中裝卸工作的可靠性和安全性,提高了核電企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的智能化程度。
[Abstract]:The new assembly loader is an automatic equipment used to load and unload nuclear fuel in nuclear power production. It plays an irreplaceable role in nuclear power production. At the same time, it has high requirements for safety, operation reliability and stability in nuclear power production. Manual operations are difficult to meet, and functional availability and reliability checks are required even with automated production equipment. In this system, the advanced PLC technology will be used to realize the development and realization of the loader function. In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the production process, it is necessary to monitor the production process comprehensively. The traditional video surveillance technology has some limitations. In this system, the Internet of things technology will be used to realize the overall monitoring of the safety operation of the component loader. This paper has completed the development of the new component loader control system and the safety production operation system. The main contents of the work are as follows: (1) the control system function of the new component loader has been accurately realized by using PLC technology, and the precise control of the guiding column, grip, and loading and unloading process has been realized. This paper designs a convenient and reasonable touch screen console for operators to use. In this paper, a new component loader safety operation monitoring system is designed by using the Internet of things technology, which realizes the real-time production process, production environment and production parameters. This paper uses embedded programming technology and wireless communication technology to realize the data acquisition and processing function of the bottom sensing device. In this paper, VB technology and network programming technology are used to realize the function of receiving the data of the convergent layer, and the comprehensive processing of the data is completed. The functions of storage and feedback control, and the functions of collecting, collecting and reporting data in the process of production are realized, and the requirements of information production of enterprises are fully met.) in this paper, the new component loader is tested and tested. From the point of view of production operation function and operation performance, adjustment and improvement have been made to meet the production demand of fuel assembly loading and unloading in nuclear power enterprises. According to the test data of the monitoring system, the system is perfected and improved, and the function and performance of the safety operation monitoring system are improved. Through the application of the system in the nuclear power plant, the production efficiency of the nuclear power enterprise is improved. The reliability and safety of loading and unloading in nuclear power production are guaranteed, and the intelligence degree of nuclear power production is improved.
