含分布式電源的智能配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)策略

【摘要】:隨著我國可再生能源的大量開發(fā)利用,分布式發(fā)電作為一種高效利用可再生能源并且接入靈活的發(fā)電方式得到了廣泛的關(guān)注。然而分布式發(fā)電大規(guī)模接入配電網(wǎng),配電網(wǎng)原有的輻射性結(jié)構(gòu)被改變,導(dǎo)致輻射型結(jié)構(gòu)整定的原有配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)策略無法快速、準(zhǔn)確動作;诖吮尘,本文針對大規(guī)模分布式發(fā)電接入配電網(wǎng)給原有保護(hù)策略帶來的影響進(jìn)行了研究,以解決目前存在的問題。本文首先分析了現(xiàn)有配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、故障特點(diǎn)與保護(hù)配置現(xiàn)狀,掌握當(dāng)下配電網(wǎng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)與保護(hù)邏輯。接著對逆變型分布式發(fā)電的控制策略進(jìn)行分類,并分析相應(yīng)的故障電流特征,理論推導(dǎo)出分布式發(fā)電對配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)以及重合閘影響。此外仿真分析了分布式發(fā)電容量與接入位置對保護(hù)的影響。深入研究目前主流的含分布式發(fā)電的配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)策略,詳細(xì)分析其優(yōu)劣并著重研究了分區(qū)縱聯(lián)保護(hù)策略。針對大容量分布式發(fā)電降低分區(qū)末端電流保護(hù)靈敏度的問題,提出了基于節(jié)點(diǎn)信息的配電網(wǎng)智能分區(qū)技術(shù),并由此形成配電網(wǎng)節(jié)點(diǎn)信息矩陣,記錄配電網(wǎng)的節(jié)點(diǎn)連接、斷路器配置、分布式發(fā)電接入位置與容量和需調(diào)整定值的斷路器編號情況。再依此矩陣對相應(yīng)的保護(hù)進(jìn)行重新整定,使其正確動作。此方案在分布式發(fā)電單元功率較大的情況下仍可正確切除故障,有較高的可靠性。上述針對分區(qū)縱聯(lián)保護(hù)的改進(jìn)方案有利于解決大規(guī)模分布式發(fā)電接入給配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)帶來的影響,為分布式發(fā)電進(jìn)一步發(fā)展與智能配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)方案的實(shí)施創(chuàng)造了條件。
[Abstract]:With the development and utilization of renewable energy in China, distributed generation, as a kind of efficient renewable energy and flexible power generation, has been paid more and more attention. However, distributed generation is connected to the distribution network on a large scale. The original radiation structure of the distribution network has been changed, which leads to the failure of fast and accurate operation of the original distribution network protection strategy set by the radiation structure. In this paper, the influence of large-scale distributed generation access to distribution network on the original protection strategy is studied in order to solve the existing problems. Firstly, the structure, fault characteristics and protection configuration of the existing distribution network are analyzed. Master the network structure and protection logic of the current distribution network. Then classify the control strategy of the inverter distributed generation and analyze the corresponding fault current characteristics. The influence of distributed generation on distribution network protection and reclosing is derived theoretically. In addition, the influence of distributed generation capacity and access location on protection is analyzed. This paper analyzes its merits and demerits in detail, and emphatically studies the strategy of zonal longitudinal protection. Aiming at the problem of reducing the sensitivity of terminal current protection for large capacity and distributed generation, a smart partition technology based on node information is proposed for distribution network. The node information matrix of distribution network is formed to record the node connection, circuit breaker configuration, the location and capacity of distributed generation access and the number of circuit breakers to be adjusted according to this matrix. This scheme can remove the fault correctly even when the power of the distributed generating unit is large. The improved scheme for zonal longitudinal protection is helpful to solve the impact of large-scale distributed generation access on distribution network protection. It creates conditions for the further development of distributed generation and the implementation of smart distribution network protection scheme.
