薄膜太陽電池生產過程中玻璃基板傳熱特性及變形原因研究

【摘要】:針對應用某型擴散爐生產薄膜太陽電池玻璃基板易變形的問題,應用經過驗證的數(shù)值方法對擴散爐中玻璃基板的輻射及對流傳熱特性進行研究,獲得玻璃基板的溫升特性和受熱機制。發(fā)現(xiàn)遠離爐壁的玻璃基板兩側都以受均勻對流加熱作用為主;而最靠近爐壁的玻璃基板一側受輻射作用加熱的同時另一側受對流作用冷卻,在基板內部厚度方向產生了較大溫度梯度。以玻璃基板的熱流分布規(guī)律為條件進行板件"熱-結構"耦合的有限元應力應變模擬,發(fā)現(xiàn)最靠近爐壁玻璃基板翹曲變形嚴重且與實際生產現(xiàn)象相符。最后提出改進措施并進行效果驗證。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the glass substrate of thin film solar cells is easily deformed by a diffusion furnace, the radiation and convection heat transfer characteristics of the glass substrate in the diffusion furnace are studied by using the verified numerical method. The temperature rise characteristics and heating mechanism of glass substrate are obtained. It is found that both sides of glass substrate far from furnace wall are mainly subjected to uniform convection heating. While one side of the glass substrate closest to the furnace wall is heated by radiation while the other side is cooled by convection, A large temperature gradient is produced in the direction of the inner thickness of the substrate. Based on the heat flux distribution of the glass substrate, the finite element stress-strain simulation of the thermal-structure coupling of the plate is carried out. It is found that the warpage of the glass substrate closest to the furnace wall is serious and in accordance with the actual production phenomenon. Finally, the improvement measures are put forward and the results are verified.
