級聯(lián)型逆變器的統(tǒng)一SVPWM方法

【摘要】:以H橋結(jié)構(gòu)的級聯(lián)型多電平逆變器為研究對象,介紹了統(tǒng)一空間矢量脈寬調(diào)制(SVPWM)的實現(xiàn)方法。首先建立了單級逆變器的統(tǒng)一SVPWM方法的顯性調(diào)制函數(shù)表達式,通過改變零矢量分配系數(shù)就可以方便地實現(xiàn)各種連續(xù)SVPWM和不連續(xù)PWM(DPWM)調(diào)制方式。然后,通過載波移相的思想將其擴展至多級逆變器。提出了一種簡單快速的統(tǒng)一SVPWM的數(shù)字化實現(xiàn)算法,該方法避免了傳統(tǒng)SVPWM方法復(fù)雜的三角運算、坐標(biāo)變換、空間矢量選擇和矢量作用時間的計算。最后建立了8級聯(lián)多電平逆變器的仿真模型和試驗平臺,并對不同調(diào)制方式下諧波特性進行了對比分析。仿真和試驗結(jié)果表明此方法是可行的和有效的。
[Abstract]:Taking the cascaded multilevel inverter with H-bridge structure as the research object, this paper introduces the realization method of the unified space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). Firstly, the explicit modulation function expression of the unified SVPWM method of the single-stage inverter is established. By changing the zero-vector distribution coefficient, it is convenient to realize various modulation modes of continuous SVPWM and discontinuous SVPWM. The idea of carrier phase shift is extended to multistage inverter. A simple and fast digital realization algorithm of unified SVPWM is proposed, which avoids the complex triangulation and coordinate transformation of traditional SVPWM method. Finally, the simulation model and test platform of 8 cascaded multilevel inverter are established. The harmonic characteristics of different modulation modes are compared and analyzed. The simulation and experimental results show that this method is feasible and effective.
