考慮調(diào)峰約束的風(fēng)水火隨機(jī)機(jī)組組合問(wèn)題

【摘要】:為了協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化風(fēng)電、梯級(jí)水電、火電的發(fā)電調(diào)度,并克服下一調(diào)度周期的調(diào)峰難題,建立了考慮未來(lái)調(diào)度周期調(diào)峰約束的隨機(jī)機(jī)組組合模型。針對(duì)風(fēng)電的隨機(jī)性,采用縮減后的場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行模擬,并充分利用梯級(jí)水電和火電的調(diào)節(jié)能力,建立了各個(gè)場(chǎng)景下的風(fēng)水火耦合的運(yùn)行約束。針對(duì)下一調(diào)度周期的調(diào)峰問(wèn)題,通過(guò)增加機(jī)組起停相關(guān)約束,使得系統(tǒng)能夠滿足未來(lái)調(diào)度周期高峰和低谷的調(diào)峰要求。隨機(jī)機(jī)組組合數(shù)學(xué)模型是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的非線性優(yōu)化模型,將其轉(zhuǎn)換為線性混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型后,利用CPLEX進(jìn)行求解。算例仿真結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化得到的機(jī)組組合方案能夠有效提升風(fēng)水火發(fā)電系統(tǒng)短期優(yōu)化調(diào)度的前瞻性并可兼顧各個(gè)場(chǎng)景下機(jī)組出力的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to coordinate and optimize the generation scheduling of wind power, cascade hydropower and thermal power, and to overcome the problem of peak shaving in the next dispatching period, a stochastic unit combination model considering the constraints of future dispatching period is established. By using the reduced scene to simulate, and making full use of the regulating ability of cascade hydropower and thermal power, the operational constraints of geomantic fire coupling in each scenario are established. The system can meet the peak and low peak regulation requirements of the future dispatching cycle by increasing the start-up and shutdown constraints. The stochastic unit combination mathematical model is a complex nonlinear optimization model. It is transformed into a linear mixed integer programming model and solved by CPLEX. The simulation results show that, The optimized unit combination scheme can effectively enhance the short-term optimal scheduling of the geomantic power generation system and the feasibility of generating units under different scenarios.
