【摘要】:模塊化多電平換流器(MMC)將在電力系統(tǒng)中得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用,其主回路參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)直接影響系統(tǒng)的投資和運(yùn)行性能。因此研究了MMC主回路中幾種重要元件的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,包括連接變壓器、橋臂電抗器、子模塊電容器、IGBT模塊等;贛MC的基本等值電路,提出了連接變壓器閥側(cè)空載額定電壓的確定方法,論證了閥側(cè)空載額定線電壓的取值范圍為直流側(cè)電壓的(1.00~1.05)/2倍;引入等容量放電時(shí)間常數(shù)的概念,發(fā)現(xiàn)電容電壓波動(dòng)率與等容量放電時(shí)間常數(shù)之間的關(guān)系基本不隨具體工程而變,即具有跨工程的普遍適用性,因而可以一般性地給出子模塊的電容參數(shù),還分析了以往工程的對(duì)應(yīng)參數(shù),給出了等容量放電時(shí)間常數(shù)為40 ms的推薦值;基于MMC的解析數(shù)學(xué)模型考察了4種極端工況下子模塊功率器件所承受的電壓和電流水平,發(fā)現(xiàn)子模塊功率器件的負(fù)載水平會(huì)隨運(yùn)行工況的改變而發(fā)生巨大變化;引入二倍頻環(huán)流諧振角頻率和相單元串聯(lián)諧振角頻率的概念,提出了橋臂電抗器參數(shù)的取值原則,并分析了以往工程的對(duì)應(yīng)參數(shù),給出了橋臂電抗器參數(shù)普遍適用的推薦值為相單元串聯(lián)諧振角頻率取電網(wǎng)工頻角頻率。
[Abstract]:The modular multilevel converter (MMC) will be more and more widely used in the power system. The design of the main circuit parameters directly affects the investment and operation performance of the system. Therefore, the parameter design of several important components in the main circuit of MMC is studied. Based on the basic equivalent circuit of MMC, the method of determining the no-load rated voltage on the valve side of the connecting transformer is presented, including the connection transformer, the bridge arm reactor, the sub-module capacitor and so on. It is proved that the range of rated line voltage on the valve side is 1.000.05 / 2 of DC side voltage, and the concept of equal capacity discharge time constant is introduced. It is found that the relationship between capacitance voltage fluctuation rate and equal capacity discharge time constant basically does not change with specific projects. Because of the universal applicability of cross-engineering, the capacitance parameters of sub-modules can be given generally, and the corresponding parameters of previous projects are analyzed, and the recommended value of equal capacity discharge time constant of 40ms is given. Based on the analytical mathematical model of MMC, the voltage and current levels of four sub-module power devices under extreme working conditions are investigated. It is found that the load level of sub-module power devices will change greatly with the change of operating conditions. The concept of resonant angular frequency of second harmonic circulation and series resonant angular frequency of phase unit is introduced. The principle of selecting the parameters of bridge arm reactor is put forward, and the corresponding parameters of previous projects are analyzed. It is shown that the recommended value for the parameters of the bridge arm reactor is the series resonant angular frequency of the phase unit and the power frequency angle frequency of the power network.
