基于多層次模糊評估的配電網(wǎng)節(jié)能潛力綜合評價方法

【摘要】:隨著節(jié)能技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和我國在政策上對配電網(wǎng)節(jié)能減排的不斷重視,國家對節(jié)能降損的研究進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展時期。節(jié)能降損方案的廣泛應(yīng)用在一定程度上大大降低了配電網(wǎng)損耗,但由于不同節(jié)能技術(shù)的特點,對節(jié)能方案的評價不僅僅需要考慮節(jié)電效果,同時也應(yīng)考慮對配電網(wǎng)安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響因素。因此,研究綜合評價配電網(wǎng)節(jié)能潛力的各項指標(biāo),形成完善的節(jié)能潛力綜合評價方法,對挖掘配電網(wǎng)整體節(jié)能潛力具有重要意義。 本文首先研究了現(xiàn)有配電網(wǎng)單一節(jié)能技術(shù)的機(jī)理和節(jié)能潛力評價方法,然后深入討論了多層次模糊評估法的基本原理和分析步驟。在此基礎(chǔ)上,考慮影響配電網(wǎng)節(jié)能潛力的綜合指標(biāo),從節(jié)電效果、電網(wǎng)安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性這三個角度共同評價節(jié)能方案的節(jié)能潛力大小,最終形成了體系化的基于多層次模糊評估方法的配電網(wǎng)節(jié)能潛力綜合評價方法。最后以IEEE36節(jié)點配電網(wǎng)為實例,運(yùn)用本文提出的評價方法,得出不同方案的節(jié)能潛力綜合評估值,再通過MATLAB軟件對不同的節(jié)能方案節(jié)電效果進(jìn)行仿真,觀察綜合節(jié)能潛力,評價方法與仿真所得結(jié)論一致,驗證了該方法的有效性與可行性。 本文所提出的配電網(wǎng)節(jié)能潛力綜合評價方法,綜合考慮影響節(jié)能效果的各個因素,量化了節(jié)能方案的節(jié)能潛力,對形成配電網(wǎng)優(yōu)化改造措施,降低損耗將起到至關(guān)重要的作用,也對提高配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的安全性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of energy-saving technology and China's policy in the distribution network energy conservation and emission reduction attention, The national research on energy saving and loss reduction has entered a period of rapid development. The widespread application of energy saving and loss reduction schemes has greatly reduced the distribution network losses to a certain extent, but due to the characteristics of different energy-saving technologies, The evaluation of energy-saving scheme should not only consider the effect of saving electricity, but also consider the factors that affect the safety and economy of distribution network. Therefore, the indexes of comprehensive evaluation of energy saving potential of distribution network are studied. It is of great significance to form a perfect comprehensive evaluation method for energy conservation potential of distribution network. In this paper, the mechanism of single energy saving technology in distribution network and the evaluation method of energy saving potential are studied firstly, then the basic principle and analysis steps of multi-level fuzzy evaluation method are discussed in depth. Considering the comprehensive indexes that affect the energy saving potential of distribution network, the energy saving potential of the energy saving scheme is evaluated from the three aspects of power saving effect, power grid safety and economy. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation method of energy conservation potential of distribution network based on multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is formed. Finally, taking the distribution network of IEEE36 node as an example, using the evaluation method proposed in this paper, the comprehensive evaluation value of energy-saving potential of different schemes is obtained. Then the power saving effect of different energy saving schemes is simulated by MATLAB software, and the comprehensive energy saving potential is observed. The evaluation method is consistent with the simulation results, and the validity and feasibility of the method are verified. In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation method of distribution network energy saving potential is put forward, considering all the factors that affect the energy saving effect, the energy saving potential of the energy saving scheme is quantified, and the optimized transformation measures of distribution network are formed. Reducing loss will play an important role in improving the safety and economy of distribution network operation.
