新型陰離子交換膜的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:堿性陰離子交換膜燃料電池(AEMFC)作為一種中低溫燃料電池,具有價格低廉、甲醇透過率低、氧化速率快等優(yōu)點,有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。陰離子交換膜(AEM)作為其核心組件,其性能直接影響著電池優(yōu)劣。因此,研發(fā)具有高離子傳導(dǎo)率、良好化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性及機械穩(wěn)定性能的陰離子交換膜具有重要意義。本文比較了幾種氯甲基化或溴甲基化的不同聚合物(聚苯醚、聚醚醚酮、聚醚砜、聚醚醚砜)的成膜性能,最終選用聚苯醚(PPO)作為基體材料,制備了三種溴化度的溴化聚苯醚,并通過核磁表征其溴化度分別為132%、58%和40%。其中溴化度為132%的聚苯醚成膜性能差,不適宜作陰離子膜材料。文中以溴化度為40%的溴化聚苯醚為膜基體材料,制備了一種咪唑化聚苯醚陰離子膜、兩種季銨化聚苯醚陰離子膜以及三種季磷化聚苯醚陰離子膜,并對這幾類陰離子交換膜的性能進行了綜合比較。制備的咪唑化聚苯醚陰離子膜在60-C下電導(dǎo)率可達到39 mS cm-1;該膜呈現(xiàn)出較好的耐堿性,在3 M KOH溶液中浸泡132 h后電導(dǎo)率為13 mScm-1。制備的帶有三乙胺基團的季銨化聚苯醚陰離子膜呈現(xiàn)出較好的機械性能,其室溫下的斷裂拉伸強度為42.52 MPa;該膜在60℃條件下電導(dǎo)率為21 mS cm-1。
[Abstract]:As a medium and low temperature fuel cell, basic anion exchange membrane fuel cell (AEMFC) has many advantages, such as low cost, low methanol transmittance, fast oxidation rate and so on. Its performance directly affects the quality of the battery. Therefore, R & D has a high ion conductivity, The anion exchange membranes with good chemical and mechanical stability are of great significance. In this paper, the film forming properties of several different polymers (polyether ether, polyether ether ketone, polyether sulfone and polyether ether sulfone) with chloromethylation or bromine methylation are compared. Finally, three kinds of brominated polyphenylene ethers were prepared by using polyphenylene ether (PPO) as matrix material, and their bromination degree was 132wt% and 40wt% respectively by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Among them, the film forming performance of polyphenylene ether with bromination degree of 132% was poor. In this paper, an imidazolized polyphenylene ether anion membrane, two quaternary ammonium polyphenylene ether anionic membranes and three quaternary phosphated polyphenylene ether anionic membranes were prepared with brominated polyphenylene ether (40%) as the membrane substrate. The properties of these anion exchange membranes were compared. The conductivity of the imidazolated polyphenylene ether anion membrane was 39 mS cm-1 at 60-C, and the membrane showed good alkali resistance. After being immersed in 3 M KOH solution for 132h, the conductivity was 13mScm-1.The quaternary ammonium polyphenylene ether anion membrane with triethylamine group showed good mechanical properties. The tensile strength of the film at room temperature is 42.52 MPa, and the conductivity of the film is 21 mScm-1 at 60 鈩,
