高壓開關(guān)錄波技術(shù)研究及特性測試儀校驗(yàn)裝置的研制

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,高壓開關(guān)動作特性測試儀不斷推陳出新,但大部分儀器無法直觀記錄開關(guān)在分合閘過程中斷口電壓電流的變化情況,給開關(guān)的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和故障檢修設(shè)置了障礙,同時儀器對應(yīng)的校驗(yàn)裝置也相對落后,影響了測試性能的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性,因此研制一個穩(wěn)定可靠,便于操作的高壓開關(guān)動作特性測試儀校驗(yàn)裝置就迫在眉睫。本論文主要首先介紹了高壓開關(guān)動作特性錄波技術(shù)在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中使用的必要性和優(yōu)越性,以及如何使用示波器測量合閘電阻投入時間及阻值,其次研究了錄波技術(shù)在測試高壓開關(guān)動作過程中記錄線圈電流電壓波形所起到的監(jiān)測開關(guān)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的作用。接下來進(jìn)行了高壓開關(guān)動作特性測試儀校驗(yàn)裝置的研制,詳細(xì)闡述了高壓開關(guān)動作特性測試儀校驗(yàn)裝置的測試原理和設(shè)計方案,設(shè)計了校驗(yàn)裝置的控制回路和信號回路,對各元件參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析,通過定量計算設(shè)置了裝置各種操作所需時間,實(shí)現(xiàn)了模擬開關(guān)的不同操作過程。最后,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證所研制的校驗(yàn)裝置測量準(zhǔn)確、操作便捷,基本達(dá)到了預(yù)期設(shè)計目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the testing instrument of high voltage switch's action characteristic is constantly innovating, but most of the instruments can not record the change of voltage and current on the break of switch during the process of opening and closing. It has set up obstacles to the condition monitoring and troubleshooting of the switch, at the same time, the corresponding calibration device of the instrument is relatively backward, which affects the validity and accuracy of the test performance, so the development of a stable and reliable, It is urgent to check the high voltage switch action characteristic tester which is easy to operate. This paper mainly introduces the necessity and superiority of the high voltage switch action characteristic recording technology in practical production. And how to use oscilloscope to measure the switch resistance input time and resistance value, Secondly, the function of recording wave recording technology in recording coil current and voltage waveform in the process of testing the operation of high voltage switch is studied. The testing principle and design scheme of the calibrating device of the high voltage switch action characteristic tester are described in detail. The control circuit and signal circuit of the calibration device are designed, and the parameters of each component are analyzed. The different operation processes of the analog switch are realized through quantitative calculation. Finally, it is verified by experiments that the developed calibration device is accurate in measurement, convenient in operation, and has basically reached the expected design goal.
