生物質(zhì)發(fā)電燃料收集成本測(cè)算模型及實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:生物質(zhì)發(fā)電成本過(guò)高是制約生物質(zhì)發(fā)電企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素,而秸稈燃料的收集成本是生物質(zhì)發(fā)電燃料成本的主要構(gòu)成部分。應(yīng)用微積分法建立秸稈燃料收集成本模型,以25MW生物質(zhì)電廠為例測(cè)算秸稈收集成本,并分析了秸稈收集成本的構(gòu)成。實(shí)證研究表明,運(yùn)輸成本是秸稈收集成本的關(guān)鍵組成部分。敏感性分析表明,秸稈收集半徑是影響秸稈收集成本的最敏感的因素。同時(shí)模擬分析表明秸稈收集成本、秸稈運(yùn)輸成本與經(jīng)紀(jì)人數(shù)量呈U型關(guān)系,因此科學(xué)合理地確定經(jīng)紀(jì)人數(shù)量有利于降低秸稈收集成本。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,提出了促進(jìn)生物質(zhì)發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The high cost of biomass power generation is an important factor restricting the development of biomass power generation enterprises, and the cost of collecting straw fuel is the main component of the cost of biomass power generation fuel. Taking 25MW biomass power plant as an example, the cost of straw collection is calculated, and the composition of the cost of straw collection is analyzed. The empirical study shows that the transportation cost is the key component of the cost of straw collection. The radius of straw collection was the most sensitive factor affecting the cost of straw collection, and the simulation analysis showed that the cost of straw collection, the transportation cost of straw and the number of brokers were U-shaped. Therefore, determining the number of brokers scientifically and reasonably is helpful to reduce the cost of straw collection. According to the conclusion of the study, the relevant policy suggestions for promoting the development of biomass power generation industry are put forward.
