【摘要】：介紹了輕水堆核電站乏燃料貯存格架及運(yùn)輸容器用硼鋁中子吸收材料的研究、開(kāi)發(fā)和使用現(xiàn)狀,主要包括鋁/硼合金、鋁/碳化硼合金、鋁/碳化硼金屬陶瓷和鋁/碳化硼金屬基復(fù)合材料,最后對(duì)這些已開(kāi)發(fā)的硼鋁中子吸收材料從材料性能、使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等方面做了綜合的對(duì)比和分析,認(rèn)為目前第三代核電站普遍使用的鋁/碳化硼金屬基復(fù)合材料雖然從理論和試驗(yàn)上認(rèn)為可滿足要求,但還需經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的實(shí)際使用驗(yàn)證,而我國(guó)也應(yīng)當(dāng)開(kāi)發(fā)能夠滿足我國(guó)核能行業(yè)快速發(fā)展需求且具有自我知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的中子吸收材料。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the research, development and application of boron aluminum neutron absorption materials for spent fuel storage lattices and transport containers in light water reactor nuclear power station, mainly including aluminum / boron alloy and aluminum / boron carbide alloy. Aluminum / boron carbide cermet and aluminum / boron carbide metal matrix composites are compared and analyzed in the aspects of material properties, application experience and economics. Considering that the aluminum / boron carbide metal matrix composites, which are widely used in the third generation nuclear power plants at present, although they are considered to meet the requirements in theory and experiment, still need to be verified in practical use for a long time, China should also develop neutron absorbing materials which can meet the rapid development needs of nuclear energy industry and have self-intellectual property rights.
