配電網(wǎng)供電可靠性規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:供電可靠性是指配電網(wǎng)對用戶持續(xù)供電的能力。它是電力可靠性管理的一項重要內(nèi)容,直接反映了供電系統(tǒng)對用戶的供電能力和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,是一個供電企業(yè)技術(shù)裝備水平和管理水平的綜合體現(xiàn)。隨著經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,電力用戶對供電企業(yè)的要求已經(jīng)不僅局限于滿足負荷的增長需求,對供電可靠性和電能質(zhì)量等也有了更高的要求。在智能電網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展階段,構(gòu)建以全面提升電網(wǎng)供電可靠性的電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方法研究,已經(jīng)是電力部門急需解決的重要課題。 本文主要研究配電網(wǎng)供電可靠性規(guī)劃方法,形成了一套系統(tǒng)的配電網(wǎng)可靠性評估與規(guī)劃方法。以該方法對太原迎澤區(qū)進行可靠性規(guī)劃,可靠性指標提升效果明顯,驗證了該方法的有效性和科學(xué)性。本文的主要的研究成果及具體的內(nèi)容如下: (1)確定配電網(wǎng)可靠性規(guī)劃研究的方法,并對研究步驟進行詳細說明。首先,系統(tǒng)分析供電可靠性現(xiàn)狀指標及各影響因素之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,具體分析各因素對可靠性指標的影響程度,構(gòu)建完整系統(tǒng)的影響因素體系,并依此挖掘現(xiàn)狀可靠性薄弱環(huán)節(jié);其次,制定科學(xué)合理的可靠性規(guī)劃目標;最后提出了能同時保證計算速度與精度的可靠性計算算方法,依據(jù)可靠性薄弱環(huán)節(jié)提出一系列提升措施,實現(xiàn)投資效益比最優(yōu)的規(guī)劃優(yōu)選方案。 (2)對于研究方法中的理論進行詳細闡述,指導(dǎo)研究順利開展。包括供電可靠性影響因素體系的建立與分析,研究供電可靠性目標及提升措施、配電網(wǎng)可靠性計算與評估研究、可靠性規(guī)劃方案優(yōu)選方法。 (3)利用上述配電網(wǎng)可靠性規(guī)劃研究的方法對太原市迎澤區(qū)進行可靠性規(guī)劃,驗證該方法的有效性和科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Power supply reliability refers to the ability of distribution network to supply power continuously to users. It is an important content of power reliability management and directly reflects the power supply ability and service quality of power supply system to users. With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the demand of power supply enterprise is not only limited to meet the increasing demand of load, but also a comprehensive embodiment of the technical equipment level and management level of power supply enterprise. In the rapid development of smart grid, it is an important task for the power sector to construct a power network planning method to improve the reliability of power supply in an all-round way. In this paper, the power supply reliability planning method of distribution network is mainly studied, and a set of systematic reliability evaluation and planning method of distribution network is formed. The reliability planning of Yingze District of Taiyuan is carried out by this method, and the effect of improving reliability index is obvious. The main research results and specific contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) determine the research method of distribution network reliability planning, and explain the research steps in detail. First, systematically analyze the current status of power supply reliability indicators and the relationship between the various factors. Specific analysis of the impact of various factors on the reliability indicators, the construction of a complete system of impact factors system, and thus excavate the status quo of the weak link of reliability; secondly, the establishment of scientific and reasonable reliability planning goals; Finally, the reliability calculation method which can guarantee the calculation speed and precision at the same time is put forward. According to the weak link of reliability, a series of promotion measures are put forward to realize the optimal planning scheme of investment benefit ratio. 2) elaborate the theory of the research method in detail, guide the research to carry on smoothly, including the establishment and analysis of the power supply reliability influencing factor system, the research of the power supply reliability target and the promotion measure, the distribution network reliability calculation and the appraisal research, Reliability planning scheme optimization method. 3) the reliability planning of Yingze District of Taiyuan City is carried out by using the above methods of reliability planning of distribution network, and the validity and scientific nature of the method are verified.
