【摘要】：在現(xiàn)在射頻微波測(cè)試領(lǐng)域中,信號(hào)發(fā)生器是極為最重要的、也是應(yīng)用最為普遍的電子儀器之一。大多數(shù)的射頻微波器件的調(diào)試、測(cè)試,以及在其它電子設(shè)備的維修檢測(cè)中常常需都要使用到信號(hào)發(fā)生器。因此,能研究設(shè)計(jì)出一臺(tái)低成本、高性能的信號(hào)發(fā)生器是十分重要和有意義的。本文主要研究的是信號(hào)發(fā)生器中一些關(guān)鍵微波電路,主要包括諧波混頻器和倍頻濾波組件。諧波混頻器主要有輸入輸出功放模塊、巴倫、倍頻器、單平衡混頻器、低通濾波器幾部分組成。輸入輸出功放模塊分別用于放大本振和中頻功率;選用巴倫的目的是輸出等幅反向的兩路本振信號(hào);選用AEROFLEX公司的MSPD2018相位檢波器作為混頻器,該混頻器由單平衡混頻器和階躍恢復(fù)二極管(SRD)并聯(lián)組成,本振信號(hào)(600-900MHz)經(jīng)SRD倍頻n次后的諧波信號(hào)與射頻信號(hào)(3-10GHz)混頻,混頻后產(chǎn)生中頻信號(hào)(30-68MHz);低通濾波器則負(fù)責(zé)濾除不需要的雜波信號(hào),主要包括基波信號(hào)、上變頻信號(hào)以及較大的下變頻信號(hào)。在諧波混頻器設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)用了ADS軟件進(jìn)行了仿真分析。諧波混頻器的測(cè)試結(jié)果是:在3-10GHz范圍內(nèi),本振與射頻的隔離度為18-25dB,變頻損耗最小為11dB,最大為26dB,但考慮到為寬帶高次(最高為16次諧波混頻)諧波混頻,總體來說,諧波混頻器具有較好性能。倍頻濾波組件主要由微波開關(guān)、倍頻器、帶通濾波器幾部分組成。輸入信號(hào)為3-10GHz,經(jīng)微波開關(guān)(單刀雙擲)分兩路輸出,一路直接輸出;另一路輸給倍頻器,倍頻器主要進(jìn)行2次倍頻,倍頻后的信號(hào)輸出給三個(gè)帶通濾波器,帶通濾波器的任務(wù)是濾出10-13GHz、13-16GHz以及16-20GHz的三段通帶信號(hào)。帶通濾波器采用了交指型結(jié)構(gòu),具有濾波性能良好、面積小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等優(yōu)點(diǎn),并應(yīng)用CST軟件進(jìn)行仿真分析。
[Abstract]:In the field of RF microwave testing, signal generator is the most important and one of the most widely used electronic instruments. And it is often necessary to use signal generators in the maintenance and inspection of other electronic equipment. Therefore, we can study and design a low-cost one. High performance signal generator is very important and meaningful. This paper mainly studies some key microwave circuits in the signal generator, including harmonic mixer and frequency doubling filter module. The input and output power amplifier modules are used to amplify local oscillator and intermediate frequency power respectively. The purpose of Barron is to output two local oscillator signals with equal amplitude and reverse. The MSPD2018 phase detector of AEROFLEX Company is selected as mixer. The mixer is composed of a single balanced mixer and a step recovery diode (SRD) in parallel. The local oscillator signal is mixed with the harmonic signal of SRD frequency doubling n times and the radio frequency signal (RF signal) by 600-900MHz). The intermediate frequency signal is produced after mixing, and the low-pass filter is responsible for filtering unwanted clutter signals, including the fundamental signal. The upconversion signal and the large downconversion signal are simulated and analyzed by using ADS software in the design of harmonic mixer. The test results of harmonic mixer are as follows: in the range of 3-10GHz, The isolation between local oscillator and radio frequency is 18-25 dB, the minimum frequency loss is 11dB, and the maximum is 26dB.However, considering the wide band high order (up to 16 harmonic mixing) harmonic mixing, generally speaking, The harmonic mixer has good performance. The frequency doubling filter module is mainly composed of microwave switch, frequency multiplier and band-pass filter. The input signal is 3-10 GHz. The other one is lost to the frequency multiplier, which is mainly used to double the frequency twice. The signal after doubling the frequency is outputted to three bandpass filters. The task of the band-pass filter is to filter out the 3-pass band signals of 10-13 GHz and 16-20 GHz. It has the advantages of good filtering performance, small area, compact structure and so on. The simulation analysis is carried out by using CST software.
