【摘要】:智能變電站作為智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)電、輸電、變電、配電的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)之一,對(duì)保證電網(wǎng)的高效、可靠、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行起著重要作用。與傳統(tǒng)變電站不同,智能變電站基于IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具備一次設(shè)備智能化、二次設(shè)備網(wǎng)絡(luò)化以及站域?qū)又胃呒?jí)功能應(yīng)用的顯著特點(diǎn),不僅對(duì)提升整個(gè)電網(wǎng)的智能化水平有著巨大作用,而且能夠大幅提升信息采集、測(cè)量、控制、保護(hù)、計(jì)量、監(jiān)測(cè)等環(huán)節(jié)的效率和可靠性。本文首先詳細(xì)剖析了IEC 61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從以太網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、關(guān)鍵通信設(shè)備和重要信息流等方面具體闡述了智能變電站自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合我國(guó)的環(huán)境特點(diǎn)和工業(yè)背景提出了提升通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性的相關(guān)措施。接著,總結(jié)了典型的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)組網(wǎng)方案,分析各方案的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)及其應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,體現(xiàn)組網(wǎng)方式在功能智能化實(shí)現(xiàn)上的優(yōu)越性。隨后,建立了典型過(guò)程層網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量計(jì)算模型,有利于初步定量分析過(guò)程層網(wǎng)絡(luò)組網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,用于驗(yàn)證組網(wǎng)方案是否滿(mǎn)足IEC 61850對(duì)實(shí)時(shí)性的要求。最后,詳細(xì)剖析了基于雙通信網(wǎng)和基于IEC 62439協(xié)議的冗余配置方案,并分析了各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和適用環(huán)境,指出了冗余技術(shù)未來(lái)可能的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),為智能變電站的進(jìn)一步推廣和建設(shè)提供指導(dǎo)建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the key links of smart grid generation, transmission, substation and distribution, intelligent substation plays an important role in ensuring the high efficiency, reliability and low carbon economy operation of power grid. Different from traditional substation, intelligent substation is based on IEC61850 standard. With the characteristics of primary equipment intelligence, secondary equipment networking and the application of advanced functions supported by station layer, it not only plays a great role in improving the intelligence level of the whole power network, but also can greatly enhance the information collection, measurement and control. The efficiency and reliability of protection, metering, monitoring and other links are analyzed in detail in this paper. Firstly, the IEC 61850 standard is analyzed in detail, and the key technology of Ethernet is analyzed. In this paper, the technical characteristics of intelligent substation automation system are expounded in detail from the aspects of key communication equipment and important information flow, and the related measures to enhance the reliability of communication network are put forward according to the environmental characteristics and industrial background of our country. This paper summarizes the typical network scheme of communication network, analyzes the operation characteristics of each scheme and its application situation, and embodies the superiority of the networking mode in realizing the function intelligentize. Then, the network flow calculation model of the typical process layer network is established. It is beneficial to the preliminary quantitative analysis of the rationality of the process layer network structure, and can be used to verify whether the networking scheme meets the real-time requirements of IEC 61850. Finally, the redundant configuration scheme based on dual communication network and IEC 62439 protocol is analyzed in detail. Their advantages and disadvantages and applicable environment are analyzed, and the possible development trend of redundancy technology in the future is pointed out, which provides guidance suggestions for the further promotion and construction of intelligent substation.
