【摘要】:隨著全球能源危機(jī)的迫近與環(huán)境污染的加劇,節(jié)能環(huán)保的觀念已深入人心。由于LED照明技術(shù)具有節(jié)能、環(huán)保、壽命長、免維護(hù)、易控制等特點(diǎn),LED照明正在逐步取代傳統(tǒng)的照明成為繼白熾燈、日光燈和節(jié)能燈之后的第四代照明光源。隨著各國相繼制定淘汰白熾燈的路線圖,LED照明技術(shù)逐漸受到重視并推廣。LED的伏安導(dǎo)電特性使得對LED適合采用恒流驅(qū)動。傳統(tǒng)住宅照明的需求推動離線式小功率LED照明技術(shù)成為近年來國際研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文由傳統(tǒng)的電源變換器拓?fù)淙胧?介紹了功率級的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和控制方法及調(diào)制技術(shù)?紤]到離線式LED照明應(yīng)用廣闊的特點(diǎn),為了進(jìn)一步減小照明系統(tǒng)的成本,本設(shè)計采用單級原邊控制的反激式驅(qū)動拓?fù)。單級拓(fù)湎鄬杉壨負(fù)湓O(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,元件成本低,但是也具有輸出紋波較大和輸出準(zhǔn)確性較差的缺點(diǎn)。隔離式的離線式拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)可以保護(hù)系統(tǒng)免受由線路電涌或接地回路引起的高電壓和大電流的損害。原邊反饋控制方式既節(jié)省了一個反饋光耦,減小了系統(tǒng)空間,同時磁性元件的反饋結(jié)構(gòu)提高了設(shè)計的可靠性。本文提出了一種新型的可調(diào)消隱時間的前沿消隱電路。針對主要由功率管的關(guān)斷延時引起的輸出電流的線性調(diào)整率較差的缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計了一種新型的片內(nèi)自適應(yīng)功率管關(guān)斷延時檢測電路來提高功率管的關(guān)斷延時檢測的準(zhǔn)確度,進(jìn)一步改善了設(shè)計靈活性,并提高了系統(tǒng)的線性調(diào)整率。論文完成的單級式原邊控制的反激式LED恒流驅(qū)動系統(tǒng),采用Chartered0.35--m工藝設(shè)計電路,變換器開關(guān)頻率小于200 kHz。本文提出的新型的具有可調(diào)消隱時間的前沿消隱電路應(yīng)用到驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)中。通過Cadence軟件完成系統(tǒng)仿真,系統(tǒng)仿真的效率可達(dá)74.4%,輸出功率5-13W;通過采用改進(jìn)的峰值電流采樣技術(shù)與內(nèi)置自適應(yīng)功率管關(guān)斷延時檢測技術(shù),輸出電流隨輸入電壓的線性調(diào)整率由23.2%減小到小于1.2%。
[Abstract]:With the global energy crisis looming with the aggravation of environmental pollution, energy saving and environmental protection concept has been firmly established. Because LED lighting technology has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, long service life, maintenance free, easy to control, LED lighting is gradually replacing traditional lighting become incandescent lamps, the fourth generation lighting source after daylight lamp and energy-saving lamp as countries have developed a roadmap of incandescent lamp, LED lighting technology has been gradually extended.LED voltammetry conductive characteristics of attention and makes LED suitable for the constant current drive. The traditional residential lighting demand driven off-line small power LED lighting technology has become the focus of international research in recent years. This paper is composed of a power converter topology of traditional firstly, introduces the topology and control method of power level and modulation technology. Considering the characteristics of off-line LED lighting application, in order to further reduce the cost of lighting system, This design adopts flyback single-stage primary control drive topology. Single stage topology relative to the two level topology design has the advantages of simple structure, low cost components, but also has a larger output ripple and the output accuracy is poor. The off-line topology isolation type can protect the system from the line surge or ground loop caused by high the voltage and current of the damage. The primary feedback control mode not only saves a feedback optocoupler, reduces the system space, and feedback the structure of the magnetic element improves the reliability of the design. This paper presents a new type of adjustable front can be hidden between the blanking circuit. The output current is mainly composed of a power tube turn off delay caused by the linear adjustment rate is poor, the design of a new type of on-chip adaptive power switch off delay detection circuit to improve the power transistor turn off delay detection accuracy, a To further improve the design flexibility, and improves the linear regulation system. The single-stage flyback type LED primary control constant current drive system that uses Chartered0.35--m technology to design circuit, the switching frequency of the converter is less than 200 kHz. the proposed model with adjustable leading edge blanking blanking time circuit application to drive the system. Through the Cadence software to complete system simulation, system simulation efficiency up to 74.4%, the output power of 5-13W tube; turn off delay detection technology by using the improved sampling peak current with built-in adaptive power, output current with linear input voltage adjustment rate decreased from 23.2% to less than 1.2%.
