基于風(fēng)電功率min級分量波動特性的風(fēng)電場儲能容量優(yōu)化計(jì)算

【摘要】:儲能為抑制風(fēng)電功率隨機(jī)波動性對電力系統(tǒng)的不利影響提供了可能。為減小風(fēng)電功率隨機(jī)波動分量對電力系統(tǒng)的影響,提出用儲能設(shè)備平滑風(fēng)電功率隨機(jī)波動頻繁的min級分量,并通過分析風(fēng)電功率min級分量的波動特性,建立對應(yīng)的儲能容量優(yōu)化配置模型。該模型在充分把握風(fēng)電功率min級分量波動特性的基礎(chǔ)上,以概率統(tǒng)計(jì)的區(qū)間估計(jì)理論確定儲能系統(tǒng)的容量配置和最大充放電功率。該優(yōu)化模型可以較小容量的儲能設(shè)備改善風(fēng)電功率的平滑輸出,有利于減小風(fēng)電功率隨機(jī)波動性對電力系統(tǒng)的不利影響。仿真算例表明了該算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the influence of random fluctuation component of wind power on power system, the energy storage equipment is proposed to smooth the min component with frequent random fluctuation of wind power. By analyzing the fluctuation characteristics of wind power min stage components, a corresponding optimal configuration model of energy storage capacity is established, which is based on fully grasping the fluctuation characteristics of wind power min stage components. The capacity configuration and maximum charge / discharge power of the energy storage system are determined by the interval estimation theory of probability statistics. This optimization model can improve the smooth output of wind power by the energy storage equipment with small capacity. It is helpful to reduce the adverse effect of random fluctuation of wind power on power system. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is effective.
