500kV尖山變電站智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近幾年,我國每年的電力缺口逐年擴大,已經(jīng)嚴重制約了各個行業(yè)的發(fā)展甚至影響到了居民的正常用電。為滿足供電需求,四川電網(wǎng)對500k V尖山變電站進行技術(shù)改造,變電站智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是其中一個重要的內(nèi)容。本文首先從業(yè)務(wù)需求、系統(tǒng)性能需求、功能需求以及開發(fā)技術(shù)需求等方面對500k V尖山變電站的智能監(jiān)控需求進行了全方位的分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對開發(fā)滿足上述需求的軟件系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)技術(shù)(技術(shù)標準、數(shù)據(jù)通信技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、Ajax技術(shù))進行了深入分析,明確了設(shè)計、開發(fā)500k V尖山變電站的智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)路線。最終,通過對系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫以及功能模塊進行設(shè)計,基于IEC61850等技術(shù)標準,以JAVA技術(shù)為核心,采用Ajax技術(shù)作為數(shù)據(jù)的交互式處理的技術(shù)手段,結(jié)合My SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)實現(xiàn)了500k V尖山變電站的智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。通過系統(tǒng)測試,證實了該系統(tǒng)的實用性及良好的系統(tǒng)性能,在實現(xiàn)提高變電站運維管理工作效率功能的同時,也為未來智能電網(wǎng)背景下的電網(wǎng)信息化技術(shù)手段的提升提供了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the annual power gap in China has expanded year by year, which has seriously restricted the development of various industries and even affected the normal electricity consumption of residents. To meet the demand for power supply, Sichuan Power Grid has carried out technical transformation of 500kV Jianshan substation. Substation intelligent monitoring system is one of the important contents. The requirement of intelligent monitoring and control of 500kV Jianshan substation is analyzed from the aspects of function requirement and development technology requirement. On the basis of this, the related technology (technical standard) of developing software system to meet the above requirements is discussed. Data communication technology, database technology and Ajax technology) are deeply analyzed, and the technical route of designing and developing the intelligent monitoring system of 500kV Jianshan substation is clarified. Finally, through the overall structure of the system, Database and function module are designed, based on IEC61850 and other technical standards, JAVA technology is the core, and Ajax technology is used as the technical means of interactive processing of data. The intelligent monitoring and control system of 500kV Jianshan substation is developed with my SQL database. Through system test, the practicability and good performance of the system are proved, and the efficiency function of substation operation and maintenance management is improved at the same time. It also provides a useful exploration for the improvement of grid information technology under the background of smart grid in the future.
