【摘要】：以環(huán)氧樹脂、酸酐、稀釋劑為主要原料制備了一種無溶劑環(huán)氧絕緣浸漬樹脂。對浸漬樹脂的常規(guī)性能和熱老化性能進行了測試,并對其進行環(huán)境試驗和應用試驗。結果表明:制備的無溶劑環(huán)氧絕緣浸漬樹脂具有良好的耐熱性能、力學性能、電氣性能及優(yōu)異的耐候性,適用于電動汽車及混合動力汽車電機的絕緣。
[Abstract]:A solventless epoxy insulating impregnating resin was prepared from epoxy resin, acid anhydride and diluent. The conventional properties and thermal aging properties of impregnated resin were tested. The results show that the prepared solvent-free epoxy insulating impregnated resin has good heat resistance, mechanical properties, electrical properties and excellent weathering resistance. Suitable for electric vehicle and hybrid electric motor insulation.
