【摘要】：以環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂、酸酐、稀釋劑為主要原料制備了一種無(wú)溶劑環(huán)氧絕緣浸漬樹(shù)脂。對(duì)浸漬樹(shù)脂的常規(guī)性能和熱老化性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行環(huán)境試驗(yàn)和應(yīng)用試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:制備的無(wú)溶劑環(huán)氧絕緣浸漬樹(shù)脂具有良好的耐熱性能、力學(xué)性能、電氣性能及優(yōu)異的耐候性,適用于電動(dòng)汽車及混合動(dòng)力汽車電機(jī)的絕緣。
[Abstract]:A solventless epoxy insulating impregnating resin was prepared from epoxy resin, acid anhydride and diluent. The conventional properties and thermal aging properties of impregnated resin were tested. The results show that the prepared solvent-free epoxy insulating impregnated resin has good heat resistance, mechanical properties, electrical properties and excellent weathering resistance. Suitable for electric vehicle and hybrid electric motor insulation.
