【摘要】:無(wú)功功率與系統(tǒng)電壓穩(wěn)定及電壓崩潰現(xiàn)象密切相關(guān),其對(duì)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行具有重要意義。然而,在傳統(tǒng)可靠性評(píng)估中,很少計(jì)及無(wú)功功率的影響。文中分別從有功和無(wú)功功率兩個(gè)角度對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)可靠性進(jìn)行研究。在評(píng)估中,考慮了有功和無(wú)功功率短缺以及由于系統(tǒng)故障引起的電壓擾動(dòng)問(wèn)題,在事故后采用三級(jí)切負(fù)荷技術(shù)來(lái)確定有功和無(wú)功功率對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)可靠性的影響,并找出最經(jīng)濟(jì)的方法來(lái)緩解網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)越限問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Reactive power is closely related to the voltage stability and voltage collapse of the system, which is of great significance to the stable operation of the system. However, in the traditional reliability evaluation, In this paper, the reliability of power system is studied from two aspects of active power and reactive power. In the evaluation, the problem of the shortage of active and reactive power and the voltage disturbance caused by system fault are considered. The effect of active and reactive power on the reliability of power system is determined by using three-stage load shedding technique after the accident, and the most economical method is found to alleviate the problem of network parameter overrun.
