大型交直流并聯(lián)輸電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)損優(yōu)化理論及其在南方電網(wǎng)中的實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:交直流并聯(lián)電網(wǎng)的網(wǎng)損優(yōu)化問題與傳統(tǒng)無功優(yōu)化問題有很大不同,純交流電網(wǎng)主要通過合理配置系統(tǒng)無功以降低網(wǎng)損,而交直流并聯(lián)電網(wǎng)則是通過調(diào)整直流功率改變有功潮流分布,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)降低全網(wǎng)網(wǎng)損。尤其對于遠(yuǎn)距離、大容量、交直流并聯(lián)送電的南方電網(wǎng),調(diào)整交直流潮流分布降低主網(wǎng)網(wǎng)損則具有更加重要的意義。然而實(shí)際運(yùn)行中主要依靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)調(diào)整交直流潮流,亟需一種能夠指導(dǎo)交直流輸電網(wǎng)損優(yōu)化的理論方法和適用于大規(guī)模系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)損分析工具。該文系統(tǒng)分析交直流潮流分布影響網(wǎng)損的機(jī)理,提出相應(yīng)網(wǎng)損優(yōu)化最優(yōu)潮流模型和最優(yōu)等網(wǎng)損微增率原則。同時提出適用于大區(qū)電網(wǎng)規(guī)模的實(shí)用計算方法,在保留系統(tǒng)完整拓?fù)淠P突A(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)算法的高準(zhǔn)確性、穩(wěn)定性和快速性。所提出的交直流并聯(lián)電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)損分析理論和實(shí)用方法,已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于南方電網(wǎng)實(shí)際調(diào)度運(yùn)行工作,并取得了較大的降損效益。
[Abstract]:The network loss optimization problem of AC / DC parallel power network is very different from the traditional reactive power optimization problem. The AC / DC parallel power network is to change the distribution of active power flow by adjusting DC power, so as to reduce the loss of the whole network, especially for the Southern Power Grid with long distance, large capacity and AC / DC parallel power transmission. It is more important to adjust the distribution of AC / DC power flow and reduce the loss of main network. However, in actual operation, the adjustment of AC / DC power flow mainly depends on experience. There is an urgent need for a theoretical method to guide the optimization of AC / DC network losses and a tool for analyzing the loss of large scale systems. The mechanism of the influence of AC / DC power flow distribution on network losses is systematically analyzed in this paper. The corresponding optimal power flow model and optimal equal loss incremental principle are proposed. A practical calculation method suitable for large area power network scale is proposed to achieve the high accuracy of the algorithm on the basis of preserving the complete topological model of the system. The proposed theory and practical method of network loss analysis for AC / DC parallel power network have been applied to the actual dispatching operation of Southern Power Grid and have achieved great loss reduction benefits.
