承德電力通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:隨著堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的持續(xù)推進(jìn),在網(wǎng)絡(luò)支撐能力方面對(duì)通信提出了更高的要求。承德電力通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)承載能力、可靠性等方面暴露出了一些問題,無法滿足不斷增長的多樣化的業(yè)務(wù)接入需求。作為電力系統(tǒng)的支撐部門,基礎(chǔ)傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)就是部門的生命線,對(duì)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)估和優(yōu)化至關(guān)重要。本文主要通過分析承德電力通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的缺陷,針對(duì)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和研究。首先從傳輸網(wǎng)、業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)、支撐系統(tǒng)、配電網(wǎng)四方面對(duì)承德電力通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了全面地自查和評(píng)估分析,構(gòu)建了光傳輸可靠性分析模型和基于N-1原則的危險(xiǎn)系數(shù)計(jì)算方法,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可靠性進(jìn)行了量化分析,找出了承德電力通信網(wǎng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。通過對(duì)承德電力現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)的帶寬計(jì)算和未來業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的預(yù)測(cè),估算業(yè)務(wù)需求帶寬,并根據(jù)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中存在的問題、新興業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展需求、公司現(xiàn)有資源和未來投資能力,針對(duì)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)了承德電力通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方案,從而改善承德電力通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),增強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)承載能力、提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)的安全性和可靠性。最后對(duì)方案實(shí)施后的成效進(jìn)行了分析和展望:優(yōu)化方案實(shí)施后整體效果顯著,公司通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源緊張的問題得到了緩解,網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)合理、層次鮮明,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)雙設(shè)備雙路由雙通道的可靠性要求,為承德電力的發(fā)展提供了基礎(chǔ)保障;擴(kuò)大了網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸帶寬和容量,能夠滿足承德電力在未來幾年業(yè)務(wù)增長和多樣化接入的需求。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of strong smart grid construction, higher requirements for communication have been put forward in network support capability. Some problems have been exposed in Chengde electric power communication network in network structure, service carrying capacity, reliability, etc. Unable to meet the growing variety of business access requirements. As the supporting department of the power system, the basic transmission network is the lifeline of the department. It is very important to evaluate and optimize the communication network. This paper mainly analyzes the defects of Chengde electric power communication network, designs and studies the communication network optimization scheme aiming at the weak links. The supporting system and distribution network four aspects of Chengde electric power communication network are comprehensively investigated and evaluated, and the optical transmission reliability analysis model and the risk coefficient calculation method based on N-1 principle are constructed. The reliability of the network is analyzed quantitatively, and the weak links of Chengde electric power communication network are found. Through the calculation of the bandwidth of the existing service and the forecast of the future service development of Chengde Electric Power, the bandwidth of the service demand is estimated. According to the problems existing in the communication network, the development demand of the new business, the existing resources and the future investment ability of the company, the optimization scheme of Chengde electric power communication network is designed for the weak links, so as to improve the network structure of Chengde electric power communication. Finally, the effect after the implementation of the scheme is analyzed and prospected: the overall effect after the implementation of the optimized scheme is remarkable, and the problem of the shortage of communication network resources in the company has been alleviated. The network structure is reasonable, the level is bright, the reliability requirement of dual equipment, double route and double channel is basically realized, which provides the basic guarantee for the development of Chengde electric power, expands the transmission bandwidth and capacity of the network, To meet Chengde Electric Power in the next few years of business growth and diversification of access needs.
