基于三相逆變器的兩相混合式步進電機伺服系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:步進電機具有較高的定位精度、無位置累積誤差,驅(qū)動電流小、功耗低、效率高、無刷,驅(qū)動器成本低,轉(zhuǎn)矩體積比和轉(zhuǎn)矩慣性比大等優(yōu)點,在生活和生產(chǎn)的各領(lǐng)域中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。當前市面上步進電機產(chǎn)品主要以兩相混合式步進電機為主,混合式步進電機綜合了磁阻式步進電機和永磁式步進電機的優(yōu)點。兩相混合式步進電機的典型驅(qū)動拓撲多是雙H橋,雙H橋驅(qū)動使得電機繞組間的控制相對獨立,動態(tài)特性好,尤其是高頻特性較優(yōu),且效率也高,但是低頻運行時,平穩(wěn)性稍差,振動噪音大,且每相需要四個功率開關(guān)器件,成本較高,,該驅(qū)動拓撲專為兩相交流電機設(shè)計,兼容性也較差。針對這些問題,本文從兩個方面著手解決:其一,采用全數(shù)字化驅(qū)動控制,以簡化電路設(shè)計;其二,采用標準化的驅(qū)動拓撲,節(jié)省硬件開發(fā)成本。若能利用通用的三相逆變器驅(qū)動兩相混合式步進電機,使得兩相和三相交流電機驅(qū)動兼容,從節(jié)省成本和產(chǎn)品歸一化方面考慮是非常有意義的。 本文通過深入研究步進電機的數(shù)學(xué)模型,將矢量控制理論和最大轉(zhuǎn)矩電流比控制策略應(yīng)用到兩相混合式步進電機的控制中,并為三相逆變器控制兩相交流電機設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的SVPWM控制策略。為了驗證該驅(qū)動拓撲以及相關(guān)控制策略的可行性和優(yōu)越性,在MATLAB/SIMULINK環(huán)境下,構(gòu)建了基于三相逆變器的兩相混合式步進電機伺服系統(tǒng)仿真模型,仿真結(jié)果表明,該方案是可行的,且性能可相媲于雙H驅(qū)動控制的性能。最后,為了通過實驗驗證該仿真結(jié)果,選擇高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2811作為核心控制器,研制了基于三相逆變器的兩相混合式步進電機全數(shù)字伺服硬件系統(tǒng),并設(shè)計了相關(guān)的軟件系統(tǒng),實驗表明該系統(tǒng)的高性能。
[Abstract]:Stepping motor has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, no position accumulation error, low driving current, low power consumption, high efficiency, brushless, low drive cost, large torque volume ratio and torque inertia ratio, etc. Widely used in various fields of life and production. At present, the main step motor products in the market are two-phase hybrid stepping motor. Hybrid stepping motor combines the advantages of magnetoresistive stepping motor and permanent magnet stepping motor. The typical driving topology of two-phase hybrid stepping motor is double H bridge, which makes the control between motor windings relatively independent and has good dynamic characteristics. Especially, the high frequency characteristic is better, and the efficiency is also high, but when running at low frequency, the stability is slightly worse, the vibration noise is large, and the cost is high because of the need of four power switch devices per phase. The drive topology is specially designed for the two-phase AC motor. The compatibility is also poor. This paper solves these problems from two aspects: first, using full-digital drive control to simplify circuit design; second, using standardized driver topology, If the two-phase hybrid stepping motor can be driven by a general three-phase inverter and the drive of the two-phase and three-phase AC motor is compatible, it is very meaningful to consider the cost saving and product normalization. In this paper, the vector control theory and the maximum torque / current ratio control strategy are applied to the control of the two-phase hybrid stepping motor by deeply studying the mathematical model of the stepping motor. The corresponding SVPWM control strategy is designed for the two-phase AC motor controlled by three-phase inverter. In order to verify the feasibility and superiority of the drive topology and the related control strategy, in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, The simulation model of two-phase hybrid stepping motor servo system based on three-phase inverter is constructed. The simulation results show that the scheme is feasible and the performance can be compared with that of dual-H drive control. In order to verify the simulation result by experiment, the high performance DSP chip TMS320F2811 is selected as the core controller, and a two-phase hybrid stepping motor all-digital servo hardware system based on three-phase inverter is developed, and the related software system is designed. Experiments show that the system has high performance.
