雙定子多自由度永磁同步電機研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的不斷發(fā)展,機電系統(tǒng)日趨復(fù)雜化,簡單的單自由度電機已很難滿足需求,多自由度電機越來越受到工業(yè)界的歡迎。本文提出了一種新型多自由度電機方案,該電機集成旋轉(zhuǎn)電機、徑向磁軸承和直線電機于一體,可以有效實現(xiàn)六自由度控制,提高電機的弱磁擴速能力,拓寬恒功率范圍。本文將從以下幾個方面對雙定子多自由度永磁同步電機展開研究:首先,在總結(jié)常見的幾種多自由度電機結(jié)構(gòu)及其耦合問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了雙定子多自由度永磁同步電機方案。之后針對本研究所提出的電機,從結(jié)構(gòu)及功能出發(fā),對其總體配置方案及各部分結(jié)構(gòu)特點進(jìn)行分析。主要包括外部旋轉(zhuǎn)電機定轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)及配置方式,內(nèi)部直線電機初次級結(jié)構(gòu)及配置方式,懸浮單元的結(jié)構(gòu)及其徑向力的產(chǎn)生機理和影響因素分析。其次,雙定子多自由度永磁同步電機氣隙磁場分布不同于傳統(tǒng)電機,本文采用解析法分別對外部旋轉(zhuǎn)電機及內(nèi)部直線電機進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,對他們產(chǎn)生的旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場及行波磁場分布進(jìn)行解析計算,在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究不同充磁方式時內(nèi)外氣隙磁場的分布規(guī)律,并利用有限元法進(jìn)行仿真驗證。然后,針對雙定子多自由度電機中的耦合問題,對旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場對內(nèi)部氣隙和行波磁場對外部氣隙的耦合特性進(jìn)行研究。采用解析法對內(nèi)外永磁體不同充磁方式,極對數(shù)及轉(zhuǎn)子材料對磁場耦合特性的影響進(jìn)行定量研究,并利用有限元法進(jìn)行仿真驗證。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出雙定子多自由度永磁同步電機的抗耦設(shè)計原則。最后研究雙定子多自由度永磁同步電機的運行性能。在外部旋轉(zhuǎn)電機方面,對弱磁擴速時外部旋轉(zhuǎn)電機的空載反電勢和轉(zhuǎn)矩特性進(jìn)行理論研究和仿真驗證,并對該電機的弱磁擴速方式進(jìn)行研究;在內(nèi)部直線電機方面,在考慮磁場耦合的前提下,對其正位力,空載反電勢和軸向電磁力進(jìn)行解析研究和仿真驗證,這些研究對本研究所提出電機的運行特性具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the electromechanical system is becoming more and more complicated, the simple single-degree-of-freedom motor is difficult to meet the demand, and the multi-degree-of-freedom motor is more and more popular in the industry. This paper presents a new type of multi-degree-of-freedom motor scheme. The motor integrates rotating motor, radial magnetic bearing and linear motor, which can effectively realize the control of six degrees of freedom and improve the speed expansion ability of the motor. In this paper, we will study the double stator multi-degree-of-freedom permanent magnet synchronous motor from the following aspects: firstly, on the basis of summing up the common structures of multi-degree-of-freedom motors and their coupling problems, The scheme of double stator multi-degree-of-freedom permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is proposed. The overall configuration scheme and structural characteristics of each part are analyzed, including the structure and configuration of stator and rotor of external rotating motor, the primary structure and configuration mode of internal linear motor. The structure of suspension unit, the mechanism of radial force and the influencing factors are analyzed. Secondly, the air-gap magnetic field distribution of double-stator multi-degree-of-freedom permanent magnet synchronous motor is different from that of traditional motor. In this paper, the external rotating motor and the internal linear motor are modeled by the analytical method, and the distribution of the rotating magnetic field and the traveling wave magnetic field generated by them are calculated analytically. The distribution law of internal and external air gap magnetic field in different magnetizing modes is studied and verified by finite element method. Then, the coupling problem in the double stator multi-degree-of-freedom motor is discussed. The coupling characteristics of rotating magnetic field to internal air gap and traveling wave magnetic field to external air gap are studied. Based on the finite element method, the anti-coupling design principle of double-stator multi-degree-of-freedom permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed. Finally, the performance of double-stator multi-degree-of-freedom permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied. The characteristics of no-load reverse EMF and torque of external rotating motor with weak magnetic field expansion are theoretically studied and simulated, and the weak magnetic expansion mode of the motor is studied. In the case of internal linear motor, the coupling of magnetic field is considered. The analysis and simulation of its positive force, no-load reverse EMF and axial electromagnetic force are carried out. These studies are of great significance to the research on the operating characteristics of the motor.
