以R134a為工質(zhì)的分離式熱管換熱性能分析

【摘要】:以核電站乏燃料水池散熱及太陽能熱利用等為應(yīng)用背景,實驗分析了R134a作為工質(zhì)的分離式熱管在不同熱源溫度和不同充液率條件下的換熱特性。在熱源溫度從40℃以5℃間隔遞增到65℃的條件下,共進行了6組不同的充液率實驗,分別為43.7%,51.7%,60.1%,68.5%,75.2%,82.9%。實驗結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)充液率達到68.5%以后,換熱量和換熱系數(shù)隨著充液率的增加波動小,存在最佳充液率區(qū)間,并且管內(nèi)蒸發(fā)溫度和換熱量隨著熱源溫度的升高而升高。與氨工質(zhì)關(guān)于蒸發(fā)段換熱系數(shù)和換熱量兩方面進行數(shù)據(jù)分析對比,結(jié)果表明隨著充液率的增加,兩種工質(zhì)在管內(nèi)換熱系數(shù)和換熱量上存在較大差異。
