【摘要】：隨著能源危機和全球變暖的影響,各國對新能源特別是環(huán)保性的新能源的重視程度日趨加強。光伏發(fā)電用地綜合利用模式就是在我國能源電力結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的大趨勢下出現(xiàn)的新生事物。發(fā)展光伏發(fā)電用地綜合利用模式,事關(guān)增加農(nóng)民收入、加快能源電力結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、集約利用土地、鞏固和擴展生態(tài)建設(shè)成果。海南省是我國太陽能資源最豐富的地區(qū)之一,也是物種資源十分豐富的地區(qū),是發(fā)展熱帶特色高效農(nóng)業(yè)的黃金寶地。同時也是發(fā)展光伏發(fā)電用地綜合利用模式最為適宜的地區(qū)之一。在這樣的背景下對海南省光伏發(fā)電用地的綜合利用研究,是一個具有重要現(xiàn)實意義的研究命題。 本論文闡述了光伏發(fā)電用地綜合利用模式的自然屬性、經(jīng)濟屬性、社會屬性特點。對光伏發(fā)電用地綜合利用模式的學(xué)術(shù)原理進(jìn)行了理論探索研究。并分析了海南省當(dāng)前的狀況,對其發(fā)展光伏發(fā)電用地綜合利用模式進(jìn)行SWOT分析。并以海南省東方市的光伏發(fā)電用地綜合利用項目實例予以驗證。 研究結(jié)果表明： (1)光伏發(fā)電用地綜合利用模式是依靠林地、農(nóng)地資源,在不減少單位林地、農(nóng)地生態(tài)效應(yīng)的情況下增加該土地的經(jīng)濟效益。 (2)針對典型模式從經(jīng)濟、社會和生態(tài)效益等角度對當(dāng)前光伏發(fā)電用地的綜合利用模式類型進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的評價。研究得出綜合利用模式效益突出,光伏發(fā)電用地綜合利用模式值得推廣。
[Abstract]:With the impact of the energy crisis and global warming, All countries pay more and more attention to the new energy, especially the new energy of environmental protection. The comprehensive utilization mode of photovoltaic power generation is a new thing in the trend of the adjustment of energy and power structure in our country, and the development of photovoltaic power generation. Comprehensive land use model, It is important to increase farmers' income, speed up the adjustment of energy and power structure, make intensive use of land, consolidate and expand the achievements of ecological construction. Hainan Province is one of the most abundant areas of solar energy resources in China, and is also a region rich in species resources. It is also one of the most suitable areas to develop the comprehensive utilization mode of photovoltaic power generation land. Under this background, the comprehensive utilization of photovoltaic land for power generation in Hainan Province is studied. It is a research proposition with important practical significance. In this paper, the natural and economic properties of the comprehensive utilization mode of photovoltaic power generation land are described. The characteristics of social attributes. The academic principle of the comprehensive utilization mode of photovoltaic power generation is studied theoretically. The current situation of Hainan Province is also analyzed. The comprehensive utilization mode of photovoltaic power generation land is analyzed by SWOT, and verified by the project of comprehensive utilization of photovoltaic power land in Dongfang City, Hainan Province. The results show that:. 1) the comprehensive utilization mode of photovoltaic power generation land is to increase the economic benefit of the land by relying on woodland and farmland resources, without reducing the ecological effect of unit woodland and farmland. 2) to evaluate in detail the comprehensive utilization patterns of photovoltaic power generation land from the aspects of economic, social and ecological benefits. The comprehensive utilization mode of photovoltaic power generation land is worth popularizing.
