【摘要】:電網(wǎng)調(diào)度運行對掌握未來狀態(tài)安全變化的迫切性越來越高,針對此問題,結(jié)合當(dāng)前智能電網(wǎng)調(diào)度控制系統(tǒng)及其動態(tài)安全評估技術(shù)的發(fā)展,提出了運行方式安排的大電網(wǎng)在線趨勢分析技術(shù)。該技術(shù)基于電網(wǎng)當(dāng)前運行方式和在線穩(wěn)定分析結(jié)論,利用調(diào)度操作調(diào)整、調(diào)度計劃、新能源預(yù)報和負(fù)荷預(yù)測數(shù)據(jù),形成電網(wǎng)未來時刻的預(yù)估潮流,在短周期內(nèi)快速評估其安全狀況及變化趨勢,并給出輔助決策控制策略。該技術(shù)已在華中、黑龍江電網(wǎng)得到了應(yīng)用,為復(fù)雜電網(wǎng)調(diào)度運行控制提供了預(yù)防預(yù)控的技術(shù)支撐手段,促進(jìn)了電網(wǎng)控制從經(jīng)驗型向智能型的轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:Power grid dispatching is becoming more and more urgent to grasp the future state security changes. In view of this problem, combined with the development of smart grid dispatching control system and its dynamic security evaluation technology, Based on the current operation mode and the conclusions of on-line stability analysis, the technology uses dispatching operation adjustment, scheduling plan, new energy forecasting and load forecasting data. To form the estimated power flow at the future time of the power network, to evaluate the security situation and the change trend in a short period of time, and to give the auxiliary decision control strategy. The technology has been applied in central China and Heilongjiang power grid. It provides the technical support for preventing and controlling the complex power grid dispatching operation control, and promotes the transformation of the power network control from the experiential type to the intelligent one.
