一種廣域差動(dòng)保護(hù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方法

【摘要】:廣域保護(hù)是繼電保護(hù)發(fā)展的重要方向之一,其中廣域差動(dòng)保護(hù)是一個(gè)重要的分支。本文提出了基于IEC61850的廣域差動(dòng)保護(hù)的整體架構(gòu),定義了差動(dòng)環(huán)的基本概念,提出了廣域差動(dòng)保護(hù)的判據(jù)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,明確了差動(dòng)環(huán)動(dòng)態(tài)擴(kuò)展的概念,利用擴(kuò)展環(huán)將差動(dòng)保護(hù)用于斷路器失靈的后備保護(hù)。該方案有效地解決了現(xiàn)有的失靈保護(hù)容易誤動(dòng)以及支路異常時(shí)的保護(hù)速動(dòng)性問(wèn)題。動(dòng)模仿真試驗(yàn)證明了所述方案的正確性。
[Abstract]:Wide area protection is one of the important development directions of relay protection, in which wide area differential protection is an important branch. In this paper, the whole structure of wide area differential protection based on IEC61850 is proposed, and the basic concept of differential ring is defined. The criterion and realization method of wide area differential protection are proposed. On the basis of this, the concept of dynamic expansion of differential ring is defined. The differential protection is applied to the backup protection of circuit breaker failure by using the extended loop. This scheme effectively solves the problems of the current malfunction protection and the protection quickness when the branch is abnormal. The correctness of the scheme is proved by the real test of the dynamic simulation.
