【摘要】：變壓器耦合橋式固態(tài)限流器的體積與成本取決于串聯(lián)耦合變壓器、整流橋和限流電感等限流器各組成部分。為減小串聯(lián)耦合變壓器的體積與成本,提出一種新型自耦變壓器耦合橋式固態(tài)限流器,詳細(xì)分析了其工作原理和限流過程。針對整流橋晶閘管無法控制關(guān)斷從而導(dǎo)致限流電感必須設(shè)計得較大的缺點,進(jìn)一步提出一種基于全控電力電子器件的限流器二次側(cè)改進(jìn)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),縮短故障后整流橋和限流電感承受沖擊電流的時間并降低沖擊電流幅值和上升率,從而可減小整流橋電力電子器件和限流電感相關(guān)參數(shù)設(shè)計值,進(jìn)一步降低限流器成本。仿真研究驗證了相同限流目標(biāo)下,相比串聯(lián)耦合變壓器,采用常規(guī)非自耦變壓器,上述限流器具有更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。最后,對改進(jìn)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行樣機(jī)實驗,驗證了改進(jìn)拓?fù)涞挠行浴?br/>[Abstract]:The volume and cost of transformer coupling bridge type solid-state current limiter depend on the components of series-coupled transformer, rectifier bridge and current-limiting inductor. A new type of coupling bridge solid-state current limiter for autotransformer is proposed, and its working principle and current limiting process are analyzed in detail. Furthermore, an improved topology of the secondary side of the current limiter based on fully controlled power electronic devices is proposed to shorten the time of the rectifier bridge and the current-limiting inductor to withstand the shock current after the fault, and to reduce the amplitude and rise rate of the impulse current. Thus, the design value of power electronic device and current limiting inductance of rectifier bridge can be reduced, and the cost of current limiter can be further reduced. Simulation results show that, compared with series coupled transformer, conventional non-autotransformer is used in the same current limiting target. The proposed current limiter is more economical. Finally, the prototype experiment of the improved topology is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the improved topology.
