【摘要】：為更詳盡地解釋電極內(nèi)部發(fā)生的導電過程、電解液浸入過程和化學催化過程,使用數(shù)字圖像相關的方法對電極內(nèi)部各成分的分布情況進行模擬,使電極內(nèi)部各材料的分布與連通性直觀可見,以幫助設計具有不同優(yōu)勢的空氣電極,并在導電性、浸液量與催化性能方面進行驗證。電極的導電性隨著石墨所占比例的增加而增強;電極的吸液能力隨著活性炭含量的增加而增強。當石墨、乙炔黑、活性炭與Mn O2的質(zhì)量比為1∶1∶4∶2時,Mn O2有最合適的催化區(qū)域。
[Abstract]:In order to explain in more detail the conduction process in the electrode, the electrolyte immersion process and the chemical catalytic process, the distribution of the components in the electrode was simulated by using the digital image correlation method. Make the distribution and connectivity of materials within the electrode visible, to help design air electrodes with different advantages, and in conductivity, The conductivity of the electrode increases with the increase of the proportion of graphite, and the absorbency of the electrode increases with the increase of activated carbon content.
